I and my wife pre-booked a room for two days with a Jacuzzi Tub because our daughter was graduating the Navy Academy. When we arrived we found someone else's clothes hanging in the bathroom, ice cream in the freezer and hair around the tub. The carpet smelled and the furniture seemed like it came from someone else's trash pile (I...

Room were not clean, boxsprings were broken, We ended up cancelling our room and staying some where else. Save the hassle and pay a little more and stay somewhere safe, people live here and were even cooking out on the grill. This place is not family friendly

Recommended by priceline. Wow! Was I surprised at what I paid for. A total dump! I'm thankful I didn't see any bugs though. The place as a whole is very outdated. Security is a joke, surveillance cameras don't work and the door chain is handing by two loose crews. Each of the three nights I was awakened by cop car...

We were completely disappointed with our experience here. First we checked in and got to our room. The first thing we noticed is that our room was clogged with human feces. The toiled was clogged to the top with poop. We went back to the front desk and complained that our room wasn't sanitary. They booked us into a second...

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It was horrible. Short and sweet of it.. 1) no shower curtain . We walked down 2x to ask why. They had no idea why. But they didn't bring one until 10:40 pm. We took showers without one and used our paper thin towels provided. 3 ice machines on the premises NOT ONE WORKED! The a/c...

Very busy area of Great Lakes, IL.Stayed here for daughter's graduation fromNAvy basic training. Outside needs some attention. The rooms look like they are being upgraded. The carpet was new, with new tile in the vanity and bathroom area. The furniture was in really good condition. The curtains need replaced. For such a busy intersection of Buckley and US 41,...

The Navy suggested this dump and of course we bought in! Trust me I won't be staying here again! The towel situation is a joke! Don't ask for...

So.. the navy recommended this hotel for the Naval Bootcamp gradation because of its close proximity to the base. That's where the positive attributes of this hotel start and stop. I pulled into the parking lot and immediately wanted to leave. But it was just for a couple days, how bad could it be? Well.. we didn't have hot water...
