The staff is super nice and helpful and the rooms overall were fine, but there were major issues with things like the refrigerator not working, the phone, not working, the heater, making loud noises and the hairdryer, sometimes working and sometimes not working, and sometimes not turning off. It was kind of weird, and there were no coffee supplies even though there were coffee pots in the room. When I reported these items to staff they were very apologetic, but never fixed anything. They did explain the hotels going through an upgrade soon and that will be good because it’s in a great location and it was a great price. I might stay again.

We stayed here just to sleep on our way home from Florida. The front desk clerk was wonderful and very helpful. The beds comfy and room clean. My two most important things in a stay besides the bathroom not clogging which it did not. Only bad thing is they are in desperate need of new bedding sheets. The sheets were stained and had big holes in them. I kept getting my finger stuck in a silver dollar sized hole in the bottom sheet. The sheet on the bed had stains and was very thin. There is just no excuse for not throwing that bedding out and starting new. The rooms were also missing the hand sanitizer and clorox wipe the wyndam hotel website states they are supposed to have in each room. There was hand sanitizer at the front desk. Employees not wearing masks which they are supposed to during Covid per the wynham website and state mandates. I think the rooms are overpriced since they are not opening the pool or offering breakfast.

You get what you pay for. Towels and sheets need updating. Some of our towels were frayed and tattered. The sheet on the bed was very thin and thread bare.

Do not recommend. 1st thing is the front desk is rude. There is a sign there telling you if you have a problem to call Wyndham corp. There is a heavy chemical odor after you leave 1st floor. The rooms are in disrepair. There is sign telling you what will be charged if you take items (towels ,sheets ect) So I did a quick video of what there was in the room).The only chair in the room is a desk chair & it is a cheap mesh that isn't comfortable. Exhaust fan sounded like a plane taking off. Hair dryer did not work. The linens are very dingy & stained. The ice machine have out of order signs on them as well as Do Not Fill Coolers! sign. Breakfast was a joke. But there is also a sign "Do Not Remove Food From Breakfast Area!" Did not use the pool but again there is a sign "Do not take towels from pool to room! "

Electronics- I don’t think employees should be aloud to have them while working. I went to check in and she was too busy talking into a speaker to answer/help me. She told me she upgraded me to a suite I got to the room it was the handicap room with a king size bed, the bath tub and sink needed to be scrubbed/bleached or something they were nasty. The ice machine on the 3rd didn’t work I went down to the 1st floor I said something to her about it she said yeah there’s one.

The outside of the hotel and the lobby was nice. But once I got to my room on the third floor open the door there is a awful smell. Smelled like chemicals trying to hide some other smells. The odor was in the bed that covers and worse when the air conditioner was on. When you first enter the room the sink area on the right hand side look like it was remodeled and was nice. However, the bathroom was so seventies and '80s. All light fixture covers in the bathroom needed to be replaced as they were old and turning yellow along with all of the light switch and outlets in the room. I couldn't sleep the odor was so bad. Next morning I was driving to Indiana and it took that long to get the smell out of my nose. Ice machine didn't work had to go to the first floor to get ice. Since I was on the third floor that was not so convenient. I didn't eat breakfast the following morning as I was on a tight schedule and had to leave as soon as I could.

This was the worst hotel I've visited in my trip. When you walk into the room there is an overpowering stench of cigarettes that you can't get rid of with air freshners. The toilet did not work but I'm grateful that one of the staff members played around with the toilet chain to make sure that it could flush. After the op test was performed, I still couldn't trust that toilet. There is no pool here, the pictures are misleading. This is an old hotel. The outside picture is an airbrushed version of an old hotel. When you use the bathroom, you will notice that when you turn on the lights a loud fan blows and most of the fixtures looked like it belonged to the 1980s. For the price you're paying, this is below standards and wouldn't even make it to Section 8 housing standards.

Terrible experience. Manager had us park on the opposite side of the building that our room was on. The shower has no pressure and the head was covered in lime or mold. The room was dirty and had a grimy feel to it. The sheets did not smell clean and the pipes were loud. And to top it all off, apparently they have in room cameras that take pictures or video you as we have been accused of smoking in the room and were told that they have pictures of us doing so. We did not smoke in the room and only smoked outside so now they are denying our $150 deposit along with invading our privacy!!! When we called Wyndham to complain about the cameras we were told we had to complain to the local hotel management as that is not a Wyndham issue. I’m not sure how it isn’t since it falls under their brand!!

Rooms were nasty ,dirty, toilet was broken ,stains on the pillowcases blankets beds, overall rooms were gross. We asked for a handicap accessible room and told when we got there there were no first floor rooms. Somebody with a walk or what I had to walk up the steps because they had no elevator. Then when we said no we want to cancel our reservation they found a room they could clean. When we got in there sheets pillowcases they had just changed were nasty. The bathroom toilet you had to reach your hand in to flush it in the tank because the handle was broken. Door would not latch completely. Other two rooms were very disgusting. One room in the bathroom had recent shavings from a person along with the rates are they used still in the tub but you have the room had been cleaned. Don't know. Left the dogs at the home pooch hotel. If pets are allowed the fee should be on their website.

Yes it is true that we only allow dogs on Second floor. For the convenience of guests and older dog, we do have an elevator that you are more than welcome to use.
We allow only dogs. There is a $10.00 non refundable pet fee per dog per night. There is no weight restriction.
