As we were travelling over Christmas and New Year we used the Premier Inn at Glan-Conway to break our long journey and as travelling a considerable distance were glad to stop off overnight. Beds comfy, staff friendly and very helpful, BUT, this Premier Inn and adjoining restaurant need a little tlc, a mini refurb or simply a lick of paint...

Visiting friends whilst passing through from London to Cumbria. We wanted somewhere to stay close to where they lived. Might not be the place to mention this but there was no hot water in the morning.

Used this premier inn as we were going to the theatre. Unfortunately the people in the room above were very noisy so woke us up very early. Water in our room was only luke warm for some reason and tv only had three channels. I guess we were unlucky this time. Would stay again for convenience.

Hi James Thanks for taking the time to review your stay with us. It's such a shame to hear your stay wasn't up to our usual standard. We always try to refurb our hotels as often as possible to maintain a high standard so I'm sorry we let you down on this occasion. While we don't have a refurbishment planned...

This is our regular Premier Inn for an annual December stay visiting friends in North Wales. Once again all was as expected - friendly reception; Room A!; Restaurant very good although busy on weekends so book a table with reception on arrival.

Hotel was ok. Bit far away from centre. First night was horrendous because of people upstairs walkin back and foward upstairs. We told hotel staff and they just said that they should be going home & shouldnt have any trouble on our second night stay. It was a bit better the second night.

Says it all, really. Pity that the parents couldn't manage their children...but that's no reflection on Premier Inns. Room was clean and a good size with good facilities. Both evening meal and breakfast can only rate as disappointing.

Found all the staff lovely, room clean and as expected. Stayed in the separate block which had a problem with the access door though. It is an older style Premier Inn, but that's not a negative comment! You can open the window! I did notice the traffic noise from the A55 in the mornings .The Brewers Fare next door was...
