I really can't express what a wonderful place Barbakfar is unless you have spent some time there. From leaving the airport the owner called us 3 times to check we were on the right roads and then welcomed my family to this small, exquisite oasis in the heart of the beautiful lower Galilee. If you want utter peace, beautiful surroundings,...

While this place is moderately expensive it is very nice and the proprietors are as well. the family rooms are a better deal than individual rooms. they make very tasty red wine here both a merlot and a shiraz, and have an above ground pool, ping pong table and a good breakfast which is not however included. Close to Nazareth,...

"Bar Bakfar"(Hebrew for: "Village Bar") is a pleasant, well-run and friendly B+B located half-way between Mt Tabor and the Sea of Galilee. The location makes it a good base for touring Galilee by car. My family enjoyed the facilities: pool, jacuzzi and very good breakfasts. There is a vineyard producing a first-class Merlot as well as Limoncello and Pomegranate Liqueur....

We had two rooms here in mid-July 2012 for $135 per room per night B&B, and the experience was faultless. Yuval made a special effort to welcome us personally. The breakfasts were great; the complimentary bottle of wine and swimming pool especially welcome. The bedrooms, quite small, were adequate and properly airconditioned. Each unit has its own private outdoor jacuzzi...
