Our room and bathroom were clean, freshly painted.
Bed was comfortable. Staff on arrival were polite and prompt .
For a very acceptable price, we were surprised how good the 1 of 5 rooms was presented. Well done team !!

We stayed in the area and visited for meals often and never had a bad meal. Sports bar area, tvs, pool tables and gambling machines.

Its a budget hotel and very clean. Excellent staff went out of their way to provide a great service. We have lived on the beaches for nearly 40 years and recently moved to the country. Have never stayed there previously but I was surprisedly impressed. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment. Maybe next time.

Always good to be able to drive in and get what you need at excellent prices. The staff are helpful and come with a smile. Everthing is quick, easy and under cover, with great bargains to be had. The easy access, with the car right at the door, makes for great shopping.

We travelled down from Port Macquarie more than 4 hours for our sons state futsal competition at Narrabeen. I called and made a booking the day prior and gave my details and was told to pay on arrival. We go to check in, and they didn't have our booking. All the Manager could say is I was away yesterday and my staff has stuffed up and not put your booking in the system, and were completely booked out. Thanks for nothing!! After a long day, all we wanted was our room that was supposed to be booked. There was no offer of an alternative or an apology - nothing. We tried to find something else and everything was booked out! Such poor customer service. I'd never recommend this place to anyone.

They are currently having a cockroaches problem and we had to cover up the drains so they stopped coming through.
We were was kept up most of the night by the bats and had bat poo all over our car in the morning not impressed.
The air con or fridge kept making an annoying noise ever hour keeping us also.
Only stay here if needed.
Bistro and bar stuff are friendly the food was good.

This place seems straight out of the western suburbs, including the most hideous bistro I've ever seen plus a sign prohibiting gang colours. It runs with it though, having sprawling indoor and outdoor areas including a playground, cheaper prices than anywhere up here (even though the beer range is better than places like the Sands), and lots of tattooed people, including the very nice staff.

We dined here for lunch and the food menu had loads of variety, a range of prices, great kids options and yummy dishes! I would suggest weekend lunch here for locals and travellers! They have a delicious specials menu too and a whole pizza board and schnitzel board!
