I feel like their prices are way too high for what is offered.
While the rooms were relatively clean, the bathroom was a bit gross with moldy shower heads and non-slip strips in the tub that were curled up and coming apart. The rooms themselves were pretty spartan (not necessarily bad, just boring), but smelled a bit like a smoker had lived there. For whatever reason, the elevator also felt like an oven, but luckily its a short ride.
Honestly, I don't understand the inconsistency of the Best Western brand. I have stayed at some beautiful BW hotels. Maybe "BW Plus" really means "BW Minus"?
