Me and my fiance found out about Ambiance through friends, and decided to try it once even though we are satisfied sybaris customers, when we got there we were shocked ! it is nicer, way more luxuries, and cleaner!(not that sybaris isn't clean) Ambiance is just a newer facility and is more advanced. Sybaris was created long time ago and I don't think they have ever re-modeled. Excellent experience! Beautiful rooms! Great service! Ideal place for a romantic getaway with you loved one :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :))

My wife and I were looking for something fun to do last weekend and my friend recommended Ambiance. We stayed in a brand new suite (was not even on their website yet) called the Lotus. We walked in and my wife and I were floored by the suite. Contemporary design and very upscale. We were most impressed by the size of the spa tub that was in the middle of the living room– it was huge (see pics that I posted). The tub was round and by far the biggest spa tub I have ever seen. The living room also had a bar area with sink and refrigerator and a plasma TV. The bedroom had a bed that was on a platform and also had a plasma TV. The tub had water jets, air bubbles, colored lighting and even had a little waterfall that worked with the jets. The bathroom was spotless (my wife is a clean freak and she was even impressed by the cleanliness) and had a very large shower (big enough for both of us) with three big shower heads that gushed water out. Overall we were very impressed with our stay at Ambiance and are already planning our next stay!

My husband and I went here just for a Lil getaway. It was nice, the rooms were nice. Missing a couple things like microwave and a table. Other than that everything was pretty good. Didn't care to much for the location though. It looks like a motel when you drive in there and the area looks kinda of shabby. The sybaris is more secluded and gated. This place anyone can drive in and out. I'll spend a couple extra and just stick with sybaris.

I'm not sure how this place got decent reviews!?!? 🤔 When you walk through the door there is this smell I can't explain. Just know it will be hard to remove from your clothes. Didn't enjoy myself. Wanted to leave an hour after check in, was going to right when we walked in but paid $100 so we tried to see some positives... and it was my Wife's birthday! It's looker totally dingy and towels were hard. There were a couple of things. The white pillows were soft (except for this dirty tubular pillow which we took off the bed and put it on the chair. Everything worked but shower heads were rusted and when I turned it on a slight tint of brown water spew from the heads first then cleared up, NO!!! We turned the key in early. Had an 8 hour slot from 10pm to 6am. Turned key in 12:20! Best lost of money I ever spent. 40 membership is worthless because I'll NEVER go back to this place.

I was soo disappointed when I got there because I was looking forward to seeing the same gorgeous rooms that I'd seen on their website... Well, their photographer deserves a medal because he sold that place as gold. The room itself was ok, but the bathroom was not. The water pressure was low, you had to hold the toilet handle in order for it to flush, the hair dryer was soo dusty I was scared to use it and the carpet looked very warn out. There were these obnoxious signs everywhere "politely" warning you that if you took anything that they would charge you and it was itemized. Our room was missing a microwave and the it was just all around dull. There appeared to be some incomplete renovations such as a little tacking here or there and spot painting that just didn't work out. The outward appearance reminds you of a roadside motel, and the lobby's front desk had a huge bulletproof glass between you and the receptionist. You even had to go to the front desk for an ice bucket! The only plus side was the jacuzzi was beautiful and the fireplace was warm and inviting... But that wasn't worth what we spent! Needless to say I was too disappointed! I'd been looking forward to this little getaway for weeks.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments regarding your stay at AMBIANCE. Although it is our goal to exceed the expectations of each and every guest, it is apparent that we failed to do so during your stay with us. We feel that our website accurately depicts our property and the recent addition of high-definition virtual tours shows our rooms and suites in a very detailed, unedited manner. The room type that you had stayed in (Fusion Suite) is currently undergoing a complete renovation including the addition of all new luxury bathrooms with Grohe spa showers (all other rooms and suites at AMBIANCE currently have bathrooms with Grohe spa showers). Once again, thank you for your comments. They are greatly appreciated.

I tried to call and purchase a membership and book a room and was refused service because I live more then 40 miles away. Poor business practices, I will gladly take my money somewhere that wants it instead, sad because the room actually looked interesting and was planning to stay multiple nights :(

My husband took me here for my birthday and I have to say when we first pulled in I thought my God! What did he bring me to?? As we went in I was sooo surprised! The room was excellent and the lights and hot tub were amazing! The shower was great too! It was a great get away with my husband and we forgot about the world and just focused on us! The room was so clean and everything was just perfect! Besides not having a microwave everything else was great! I highly recommend it for a couple get away! We will be back!!!

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, but they are on the small side. NOT family friendly. This hotel is just for couples. You can rent a room for four hours. The showers are awesome and the hot tubs are fun.

I give it a 5🌟. It was amazing. First of all it was spotless. Huge shower, nice living space, comfy bed, beautiful fireplace, and great jacuzzi!! It was an overall wonderful experience. We'll be going back really soon.
