Stay here frequently because it is close to my restaurant. I live a bit far from home so at times I stay here on the weekends and they have everything I need, Laundry on site, pool, bar, breakfast etc. Casual place but with nice clean rooms. You can get a room with a whirlpool if available. Great value for the price.

The next time you are planning an event you should seriously consider this location. I've planned events before and their professional staff dotted I's and crossed T's I didn't think to even ASK about. They will make you, the planner look like you've really got your act together and if you DO know what you're doing they're even MORE impressive.
We had a very strict budget to work with and they gave me amazing options that worked within that budget. I ran into a few snafu's on my part, Dinesh and Arvin had me covered with minimal effort on their part but massive impact on mine.
I was one of the event coordinators for the 2024 Libertarian of Illinois Convention and they made me look amazing with their attention to detail. Every single staff member was warm and friendly. There was someone available during every moment of our event in case we needed something last minute, and they delivered!!!
The property itself is posh but inviting at the same time. A lot of natural light, which when you're at a convention or any type of workshop it's a treat to be able to go outside and get fresh air or just change your scenery for a bit.
The food was delish, everyone at our event raved. It was all hot and fresh and they replenished to keep it that way. Trust them on servings, there was plenty for people to have a second helping if they wanted but not too much to where there was a lot of waste.
The staff is a professional well oiled machine, they know what they're doing and they make it look easy.

Myself, my sister and mom stayed in clarion inn from 31st March to 15th May,2020.The hotel is so beautiful beyond imagination. I lived like home as all staff is so prompt & energetic in service which kept our energy positive during covid time. Hotel owner Mr Pretesh Gandhi is so humble, kind, cooperative, helpful & down to earth person. Facility of shuttle is also available to go Walmart & costco.It is 13 miles from O'Hare International Airport, 19 miles from downtown Chicago and 25 miles from baseball games at Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs. The low-key rooms feature free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs and coffeemakers. Upgraded rooms add microwaves and minifridges. Suites have separate living areas, sofabeds and/or kitchenettes.
Parking is included.smoking free area. Amenities consist of bistro/cafe, plus an indoor heated pool and an exercise room. Meeting space is available. Breakfast is available, and pets are welcome
They maintained proper sanitization during covid19 crisis.Hotel staff cleans every corner of the hotel each and everyday and follow all precautions necessary during covid time. We are now back in India and our covid19 tests are negative .We came healthy and happy from the hotel.
There are meditation and yoga facilities which makes the place heavenly.
In all it was a comfortable and refreshing stay .I would definitely come again & again to stay at this beautiful,hygienic and ambient hotel. 5 stars are also less, they deserve 10 stars or even more .
I would really recommend you to come and experience this aesthetic and tranquil place .

This Inn has the potential to be a 3 star property; it has good bones, however, operationally, it's barely a 2 star property. We recently stayed overnight as we were attending an event and stayed in a "1 bedroom." The carpet in this facility needs a deep cleaning, it is very dirty. The room carpeting is faded and dirty. The grout in the bathroom tile is dirty. The evening we stayed, the hotel had (1) person on duty who was very busy checking in guests. We and another guest were having key issues and had to walk to the front desk multiple times and then wait until the front desk person completed checking in guests to get it resolved. Additionally, the safe in my room was left locked by a previous guests, however no one was available to assist. The Bistro restaurant basically sells pre-packaged pizzas and sandwiches for $11 or $12 dollars. You would be better off driving across the street to Walmart, buying a frozen dinner and popping it in the microwave in your room. The soundproofing between rooms is poor, I could hear my neighbors when they used the bathroom, etc. I requested an allergen, pet-free room and I was told I was assigned to one, however, I had a significant allergy reaction and believe it's because the carpeting needs deep cleaning. Hotels should really offer some rooms "pet-free" rooms that are not assigned to guests traveling with pets.

This hotel was just horrible. The best part of the hotel was the girl that checked us in. She was AMAZING! We checked in and there is no elevator! Then as we walked to our room, the hallways smell of weed so bad. When we opened the door to our room we were hit with the musty nasty smell of the entire room. The room itself was ok standard hotel suite. The air didn’t work so well, and the bathroom had mold around the base of the toilet. The entrance way door smelled sooooo bad of weed I wanted cheese puffs everytime I walked out. The breakfast is paid, the evening restaurant lady is rude as hell and just stares at you. The pool is ICE cold and when I brought it up the desk clerk said what do you want me to do about it. Parking lot is filled with pot holes I got a flat tire. Again the room was ok standard room but had mold and mildew smell. The girl at the desk was amazing but in a while the hotel was hell. Two teenage girls and ice cold pool Thanks for wasting our stay. No free continental breakfast, and thanks for the contact high. Do not stay at this hotel!

We were booked here by friends, and family, for a 3 day country dance event. Many of the dancers stayed here as well. The carpet was as crappy as could be. The hallway had wrinkles, and our room, it was kind of sticky, like it may have had gum or something on it. Our stool felt like it was only a foot off the floor. Our son's room, had a piece of the ceiling falling down. He asked for another room. The one they gave him, the TP holder came off the wall, when he pulled the paper. This place is a disaster waiting to happen. The shower worked by pulling the spout down to activate the shower head. Find another place to stay if you can.

I stayed at the Clarion Inn in Elmhurst, IL for 3 nights. On the first night someone came into my room which took me by surprise and scared me also. The manager did come to offer her apologies and gave me a goody bag; however, I was unable to sleep that night and was constantly looking at the door although I had locked it and put the latch on for extra security. I did accept the apology and the goody bag, yet I felt like what should have been offered was at least one-night free stay crediting the reservation that was made. This did not happen and in the future may not want to stay there or refer anyone else due to the severity of the incident that occurred. The room was nice, and the room cleaned and sterilized and the children did enjoy the indoor pool. I am just not happy with what happened because it put my life into jeopardy and anything could have gone really wrong, so unless Clarion Inn Elmhurst, IL gives me a free night stay, I probably would choose another hotel in the surrounding area to stay my next visit.

My husband booked the room, and we needed to change the dates for our visit a week afterwards. They had already charged our credit card for the visit two months in advance, would not change the dates for our reservation, and would not give us a refund. This is the worst business practice I have ever seen. Don't book a room at this hotel, they are not customer friendly at all. Also, I waited for over 30 minutes just to speak with a representative, who was very difficult to understand.

Very outdated hotel. There was a huge roach in the bathroom and they didn’t even apologize or offer anything but to change the room. The “non smoking” room smelled quite musty and dank. Someone had definitely smoked a carton of cigarettes in there. Stay at your own risk.

Two star hotel. Not 3 star. Large hotel next to conference center. In industrial area. No restaurants nearby. Pool closed.
Strike 1 - to open the Room door you had to use plenty of force. Door was sticking.
Room was fine. Nice towel display on sink. Had regular amenities. Remote sanitized. Sink was in with shower which is not what I prefer. I prefer sink outside and shower/ toilet behind closed door.
Strike 2. Door to outside labeled Door #2 was open. Not only was a rock wedged to keep the door open for re entry, the lock was in the locked position- sticking out and would not close. When I called up to the front desk to tell them, it was obvious that they were aware of the problem and had no way to fix it. Verbally I was assured they would take care of it. They did not. In the morning the door was in the same position.
Door #2 is at the back of the building not facing the front of building. From a distance it was not obvious that it was open.
I appreciate when hotels doors are locked to keep random people from walking in- or worse.
Strike 3. No free hot breakfast. This is very disappointing. A few items were available for purchase.
Checkout was quick.

HI Breana,
The hotel is located on a quiet side of town. You will not be able to walk to the restaurant or shops- you would have to drive or use our shuttle. But the location isn't bad. We are surrounded by quiet park on one side and an industrial park on the other side.
Major shopping area/entertainment area is about mile/1.5 away.
