Very nice, clean, updated hotel with great convenient location! Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Loved the bathroom niceties from huge built in shampoo, conditioner body wash in the shower with great water pressure as well as the makeup remover towelette which saved a mess on the washcloth! Towels are large & fluffy, bed linens & mattress super comfy and crisp. I had read someone mentioned noise being so close to highway but we didn't have any issue with noise inside or out. Delicious home made complimentary cookies put out along with fresh popcorn in late afternoon bonus! We stayed here and Ubered to the Bulls game to save a very long ride directly from home & it was a great decision!

Cleanliness and comfortable bedding was great. They have a very small refrigerator and no microwave. That would have been a plus when you have leftovers from a lunch or dinner. Room was quiet from the outside, we were facing the forest preserve. We did have an adjoining room and could hear everything he was saying. I would go back again. Hot tube was nice and hot…felt great.

I had a quick one night stay. As a Bonvoy elite I was upgraded in advance to a small suite and mobile key enabled before I got to the hotel.
Was a relatively quick drive to ORD the following morning.
It’s an older hotel, but well cared for. I enjoyed my stay.

I was at the hotel for a business meeting and although it has been recently renovated, it was lacking in some areas.

Very quick check in experience with acknowledgement of Gold Elite status

AC in the room was super loud and distracting. I had to keep turning it off to get some sleep, but they made my room too hot
The bed was hard as a rock (I'm a side sleeper and woke up with shoulder pain)
Very thin walls and you can here your neighbors
Although the rooms were renovated, you can see very obvious wear and tear
Not many food options near by or places to walk (the hotel restaurant did not have many vegetarian/vegan options)
Overall room had a dak grim feel
My company booked the hotel but will recommend them check other options in the area next time.

I was beginning to be dissapointed with my choice of hotels as I was approaching it...You have to drive through a semi-paved U Haul parking lot to get there. The hotel is uniquely locked in between a highway from which you can only access the hotel going only in one direction; and the other way is through a U Haul lot. So, if there is traffic and you are coming in from a "wrong" side, getting there would be challenging.
Everyone who worked in the hotel was nice and they all are convinced that the hotel is located in a nice area. I must respectfully disagree.
When I asked about upgrade availability, front desk did upgrade me. The suite looked interesting, not neccesarily in a good way. It also had an odor; when I asked an employee to check out my order and asked her what is it in her opinion, she said "Roses?". I thought it was more like an expired fish smell, but she came back with air freshener and sprayed some of it in the room. I was also told hotel has gone through a renovation....I could never tell that about the suite where I stayed. Maybe it was excluded from the renovation?
The Bonvoy app claims the hotel is 5.5 miles from ORD, but it took over 20 minutes to get there even though I left before 4 am.

This hotel was nice inside, clean and delivered my mobile key promptly. The major issue is that the hotel rooms facing IL 83 will hear semi trucks engine breaking all night because this stretch of road is near a traffic-light controlled intersection. If you are not a heavy sleeper you will need earplugs. It is possible that the rooms not facing the road are quiet but I have not stayed in one.

Learned my lesson. We’re Hilton hotel people. The pictures on the web site made our King mini suite look comfortable…it was NOT! Bed was hard, sofa was hard! Getting the the hotel was really a pain if you weren’t going the right direction. Ice makers are turned off due to Covid 🤔. No door between the living room and the bedroom so you really couldn’t use both tvs. Only nice thing was the bathroom area, however they need to upgrade the toilets to high rise, slow close lids. Both living room and bedroom seemed dark? Will not be staying here again.

Get ready to take the stairs! Elevators don't work, and nobody at the hotel even cares. I showed up for my stay and upon check in, I attempted to take the elevator to the 6th floor. The elevator got stuck and the doors opened half way. It stayed that way for a few minutes, until it went back down the 1st floor thankfully. Upon finally getting down to ground level, I advised the front desk person of this, and also found the other elevator was out of service. They looked at me dumbfounded and didn't know what to say. They refused to provide any credit or compensation. I then had to take all my fully loaded luggage up 6 flights of stairs. The manager of the establishment will only respond if you submit a bad survey after your stay, and even then won't respond to you at all after you try and communicate about the issue / experience. Corporate won't do anything either, so it's a dead horse. Do yourself a favor, and stay elsewhere. They don't care about their customers obviously, or the property, as it's definitely in need of repairs. No customer service here at all! Bad business.

We moved to this hotel after the hotel we had originally booked had issues. I wish I would have looked around a little more before booking this one. Like other reviews state, this hotel is older, the elevators have issues and the location is.... odd. Overall we had a decent stay, the pool area was nice, although the hot tub wasn't any hotter then the pool was. The rooms were decent. We didn't interact with staff to much and spent most of our time away from the hotel. In all, I would probably choose another hotel the next time I am in Chicago.

I stayed at the hotel for a week in late May(18-26) Was on business trip from Europe.
I forgot a suit jacket, a jacket end a shirt ind the closet in the room. Back in Europe i wrote the hotel asking them to please send my left behind clothes.
Over the next two weeks writing with the hotel that took days before answering every time they informere me that my clothes was not in their lost and found. Aprox 700 USD worth of clothes gone..
Really poor service!
They did not Seem to Care and sidst put Any effort into finding my lost
Clothes.
Not the service level i would expect from a Marriott brand👎
