Stayed at Hatherley Manor on March 17th to visit Cheltenham for the Gold Cup. Pre booking experience was great- a taxi was arranged prior to arriving early morning and the reception staff were brilliant. Due to the early start to get to Cheltenham it was not possible to check into room- more of which later! Staff were brilliant at the...

Hi Terry thanks for your review, I am sorry that the generator noise kept you awake through the night, this is somewhat disappointing as clearly you found all other aspects of the stay to be excellent. The generator should have gone off by 11pm and I have instructed my maintenance team to look in to this. As a note to...

Had a one night stay with 4 friends. Our rooms were very clean and well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had drinks in the lounge bar, not too expensive, and relaxed the afternoon away watching the Rugby. Dinner was really delicious, presented superbly and the breakfast was equally as nice. Overall, we were absolutely delighted with our stay...

I stayed there for the first time in mid March 2017. The hotel is set in the country side a few miles from Cheltenham. It is clear that there has been a significant financial investment into the facility and plans to open a Spa by the end of 2017. The hotel is well decorated and tastefully modern (baffling that some...

I recently stayed here with colleagues after two very long filming days. The conduct of all staff was impeccable - nothing was any trouble and they went to great effort to ensure our stay ran smoothly. I really can't fault any part of the hotel - staff were friendly, rooms well-appointed and showers were hot. I slept well and wasn't...

Easy enough hotel to find in a semi rural setting. The rooms are ok but small when compared to say a Premier Inn. The food was excellent with prices reflecting this. The hotel do various offers for the restaurant and it is worth checking these out first. The service was fantastic and we were made very welcome. Overall I would...

A lovely hotel which was easy to find, but once inside was exactly the quiet trip away we had anticipated. Service was second to none, food was delicious, room was immaculate and we just could not find fault. Highly recommended.

Hatherley Manor has the feel of an ancient baronial hall. Easy to strut about imagining that one is an ancient baron! Our bedroom was on the small side, but comfortable. The dining room is delightfully old fashioned and cosy, with expensive 'swags and tails' curtains and subdued wall-paper. All very appropriate. The food was excellent. A well cooked breakfast and...

Visited restaurant with wife & two friends for an evening meal. Very quiet on a Wednesday evening. Excellent tasty designer food well cooked & good service. Portion sizes like hand cut chips could have been larger. Got 50% off food bill with a Taste card & saved £60 which was good value. A nice venue with decent menus & ambience...
