This hotel is located right on the Chicago River, Blue Line and Chicago Theater. Every time I come back to Chicago, I always have a hard time on deciding which hotel in the city to stay with. The kicker was because Wow Bao is on-site. Gotta have my BBQ pork bao when I come to Chi town. The rooms themselves...

I have stayed here probably 14 times over nine years. The renovations no longer make it business or room-service friendly. I really like Raised, the new restaurant/bar, and the staff have stayed throughout the renovation making it feel more inviting. Desks in bedrooms are gone. Want a place to work in your room? Not possible. Want to order from service?...

Our room was on the 25th floor. Used Marriott rewards with extra points for breakfast. Great location with nice views of the city. Close to the park, downtown shopping and train station. Will stay here again.

Bottom line: Make 100% sure that you are speaking to the actual hotel, not one of their off site customer care lines, when you make or change your reservation. They do not honor changes made by off-site customer care lines. When you call the main line 1 (312) 372-7200 - MAKE SURE TO PRESS 0. Do not Press 1 or...

M C - We want to apologize for the confusion regarding your reservation and the difference between Marriott Customer Care and our on property team. Our property does have policies in place that require advanced notice of cancellation and we are very sorry to hear we were unable to host you for your most recent reservation. Nicely decorated rooms, comfortable bed, free wifi with Marriott rewards- this is a great hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The location is excellent and my room on the fifth floor was surprisingly quiet. The only possible downside is the limited room service, but there are a number of restaurants nearby.

Very nice renovation and updating. Floors and rooms don't have high ceilings. Nice new furnishings and art. Got an upgrade to a corner room. Nice view but still could here announcements of closing doors on each L that stopped at the station. Food and coffee excellent in lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice meeting facilities, but older building with low...

This is our new go-to hotel in the Chicago Loop. Absolutely perfect location to the Loop attractions and to Michigan Avenue shopping. Gorgeous remodel with beautiful, hip rooms and amazing views of the Chicago river and surrounding hi-rises. Lunch at the bar very good and reasonable with excellent service from the bar team. I look forward to our next visit!

I just stayed here for 3 days 2 nights! We are Platinum Elite and asked for an early check in and late check out! No problem! I ended up leaving my down jacket hanging in the closet and Andrew from lost prevention located my jacket and had it Fed Ex'd immediately FREE of charge! Excellent customer service! I do recommend...

We visited for a weekend getaway and had a wonderful room. It was large and comfortable. The bathroom was very large!! While the bar is in the lobby and is over perfumed, it does give a feel of energy. This hotel is an easy walk to the loop, Michigan Ave or other areas of the city. The price was reasonable...

A mighty nice hotel in a great location! The lobby is welcoming and the couches and chairs next to the bar are very relaxing, plus they offer a nice selection of food items to enjoy as you unwind from your Chicago experience. The new roof top bar is really neat but the drinks are a little pricey, even for Chicago....
