We stayed at both towers. Executive (Historic) and the Grand (relatively new). This hotel needs some TLC. The housekeeping staff is excellent and will go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met. The rooms were clean and for the kind of rate I would not expect anything less. The elevators can use some maintenance too . In...

We had a double executive room and it was lovely, spacious, CLEAN and comfortable. We were on the 23rd floor with an amazing view - especially at night. The beds were SO comfortable. The bathroom had a glass shower and a full sized tub. The water pressure was good for such a large hotel. Everyone from the doorman to the...

We were lucky enough to get upgraded for a small price to a corner suite on a high floor. The view of the river and surroundings was magnificent. The suite was over 700 sf--just gigantic with 2 desks so we could both work. I have stayed and similar suites before in this hotel and it was just wonderful. The package...

I was so impressed with this hotel and the level of friendliness by each and every staff member. The bellman even offered to take my picture in front of the hotel before the Go Shuttle picked me up while I was waiting. The room was gorgeous and I thought it was the nicest room I saw the entire trip. Plus...

We had an amazing weekend at the InterContinental! A friend from high school was getting married, so three of us flew down to Chicago for a long weekend. We booked a room with two beds and I was pleasantly surprised to see how large the room was. I'm used to hotels in major cities having tiny cramped rooms, but the...

This is a wonderfully situated hotel with beautiful interiors and pleasant amenities. The hotel rooms are comfortable, spacious with tasteful furniture and decor. I was there for a meeting and the meeting rooms were very atmospheric rather than clinically sterile like many hotels. The legacy pool is one of the best (elevated) indoor pools I have been in with nice...

This place need some TLC. The entrance has a lot going on. Parking does not come with the room. Parking costs 68$ a night extra, but the guys take 20-30 min to pick up ur car at night. MOLD and DUST on Ac vents. Rooms don't get dark enough to sleep during sunlight hrs. Great location, great swimming pool(but cranky...

The staff was very friendly and professional. The bell staff made sure we were taken care of and always had a cab ready for us. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the location was central to downtown and shopping.

My family and visited the Intercontinental for the first time. This was our spring break and had an amazing time at the Intercontinental. We were thrilled with the pool, gym, and quality of our experience. Having Michael Jordan's Steakhouse and a Starbucks doesn't hurt either. Everyone was great and very attentive to our needs.

My husband is an IHG Spire level member. He had a free night to redeem so we used it for a one-night "staycation" with our 2 children (age 8.) The freebie got us a room with 2 full beds so we opted to upgrade to a king room (for $75) that had an adjoining room with pull out sofa. It...
