Stayed in this hotel for a couple of days for business. Overall, very good impression, clean, convenient, and well run. The staff was very courteous and helpful in every way. We've had a couple of requests that were promptly and efficiently addressed. The hotel is reasonably close to downtown. Not cheap, but the price still reasonable for the area.

We stayed in this hotel for the last few days because it was close to a swim meet at UIC. The hotel is in good condition, the food was great, etc. However, we were most impressed with the staff. Every person we came in contact with was nice, courteuos and very, very helpful. We noticed it on the first day,...

We arrived late in the evening after following my mother's ambulance to UIC. My dad and I were exhausted and shaken when we walked in the door of the hotel. Jessica at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. Louis the shuttle driver promptly took us to the hospital to be...

Used the shuttle while there, Lucas was very personable, courteous and made the drive enjoyable. He spoke with passion n pride about Chicago Cubs. Who says chicago residents r unfriendly? They obviously don't know where to stay. ;)

Stayed at the Marriott for one night to go to the United Center for the Mary J Blige Concert. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We dined in the hotel and ate handcrafted burgers and fries that was very delicious. The most accommodating part of our stay was the shuttle to and from the United Center. The driver drove...

The staff, shuttle drivers, housekeeping were all simply terrific! The beds were clean, comfortable; nice spacious bathroom; included a fridge; coffee in the room. Only cons - no continental b-fast, and the buffet was $20 (good though).

Shuttle was helpful and convenient to 2 mile radius, we were able to walk to Rosebud for a great Italian dinner, the room was spacious and clean. Great experience. Restaurant for breakfast and lunch worked well too. They accommodated a highly allergic person as well.

I stayed at the Marriott for two nights during a business trip. The hotel was lovely, with a big comfortable lobby for relaxing and staff that went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. My room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was a five minute walk to the Rush Medical Center where I had my meetings. I...

Initially, parking is a bit of a problem. Unloading is difficult. There's just a small space where cones are left that the valet will allow you to park, so other cars can get by. However, unlike other TripAdvisor comments, to clarify, there is a parking garage directly across the street for $20. So, one doesn't have to use Valet, if...

This hotel is close to Medical District. Parking is an issue, and only valet parking is offered which is not cheap. Relatively safe area, but not much you can enjoy free time around the hotel. The hotel restaurant offers some menus, but not impressive. Good wifi speed. Average room conditions.
