It's not very often that a hotel can deliver a great experience to business travelers and tourists visiting the area. Location is excellent, one of the best group of people running the hotel. Elevators are very slow and you are not completely surrounded by great restaurants so grab your walking shoes. Still a great recommendation

Hotel is location, location, location, is right on south loop, on Michigan avenue, plenty of shopping, seeing, walking, museums. I recommend for breakfast: yolk, For Chicago style pizza: uno or due. Love this city. Ah!!!, do not rent a car, I recommend uber. The parking in our hotel was 59 usd a night.

Property is located about a mile or two south of the main shopping and dining along Michigan Avenue. However, there are many restaurants near the hotel. The hotel room was dated, but it had a comfortable king bed with two bathrooms. I would like to see electrical outlets updated and installed for ease of use.

There is something charming about the first 30 seconds of your arrival. Very good bellhops and concierge. The old doors, the classic elevators and 'grand' entrance. But everything else is just average. Breakfast - ok. Service at breakfast - ok. Rooms (upgraded) - ok room and terrible bathroom. Would advise either a good deal here or look around. As a...

We stayed at the Hilton for three nights. It's a beautiful hotel and the location was close to everything we hoped to see. It was beyond easy to walk out the door and hop in a cab to get around the city. We ended up in a newly renovated room facing the lake in what they considered their "business" suites....

The historic Hilton offers a prime Chicago location, with friendly staff. The rooms are showing their age, the Internet awful, the parking expensive, and the lines at the front desk perpetual. It was the Hilton's baffling inability to get the details of our reservation correct, despite multiple assurances from various staff that it was "taken care of," that soured the...
