Parking cost twice what lots in the area charge, but the room was great. Location couldn't be better. A nice stroll to the Art Institute and Millennium Park. We got upgraded to a double with two bathrooms, yes two full bathrooms. One at either end of the room. Wifi was also good. Pool was nice sized and the hot tub...

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and has a nice restaurant inside along with a coffee shop. Our room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Be warned though, it is expensive and they charged us $50.00 for parking for just one night. I do feel that is a bit extreme. Overall, we loved the experience. We could hear...

This hotel served as a perfect location for a short family weekend in Chicago. We were in town for the Chicago Bears family festival and it was a great home base for that. We easily walked to Soldier Field, The Field Museum, Cloud Gate, and through the many parks (Grant, Crown, Millennium). The hotel is a busy one, many coming...

This stay was for 2 adults and 2 children in a room with two doubles on the "executive" level. Check in was smooth but they never sent the text, as promised, when the room was ready. Breakfast on level 24 floor was a zoo. There were only 8 tables for two floors of guests. Dirty dishes were stacked on nearly...

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments regarding your recent stay. Please accept my sincere apology for the disappointment you experienced during your stay especially, in not being notified, executive lounge and the noise disruption due to low battery on the smoke detector. Your experience is not the normal high level of standards we...

Stayed at the Hilton in late July. I was there for an international soccer match that sold out Soldier Field and I believe Lollapalooza was there at the same time. So needless to say, this hotel was really packed. With that said, check in was actually quick and the lobby was phenomenal. From what I read on the reviews, the...

Excellent location right near the park, the store, huge, elegant and great staff. The real kicker of this hotel is the completely full size gym. One of the best I have seen in any hotel. The rooms are a little bit older and the configuration is a little bit non-standard compared to modern hotels. For instance, there were two bathrooms....

The hotel is considered historic. With that said, don't expect the decor or the rooms to look modern. In fact, some of the hotel may be going through the renovation process. The one problem I had was at check in. We were there early and we were told we had to check in our luggage down the hall. After lugging...

This is a very large Hilton property on South Michigan Avenue. I stayed there recently for a conference. The room was spacious. The staff courteous and helpful. Great for a conference but I wouldn't choose for a pleasure trip. For pleasure I would select a Hilton property on or near North Michigan Avenue closer to more dining and shopping options.

My company spent a lot of money for me to attend an event at the Hilton. The breakfast kitchen staff could not keep the food in the line full. Constantly running out of food and the staff could not keep the line going. Complete and total incompetence.
