We had a great start. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great access to south loop. Price was great. The construction next door was a little loud, but really no bother. Would stay here again for sure.
Picked because of the location, won't stay again. Called ahead with request for a quiet room away from construction due to the fact I was planning on taping an interview in my room. Was told it would be no problem, just ask when I arrived....More
What a beautiful spot! Located on the thirteenth floor of the old Chicago Athletic Club ( a gorgeous building on it's own), Cindy's offers wonderful food, drinks, ambiance, and views that are amazing! Seating is available inside and out with stunning views of Millenium Park...More
Not a fan and probably won't be back for years until after they complete the tower next door. The proximity to the METRA is really nice though. My room could use a serious update but I figure that's in work eventually. I was woken up...More

Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of
the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.

We had a shuttle that was arranged by the organizers of our conference, so I am not sure about shuttle options. However, you can take the subway/train for $10 and get to the hotel within 40 mins. The subway stop is 5 min away from the hotel. I wish I had known about the subway opportunity. I would not have paid extra money for a shuttle.
