My husband and I booked this hotel for a last minute trip to Chicago. It had the cheapest rates I saw so I was a little wary. I was very pleased with our stay. The room was a bit small, but nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was great. The hotel was...

An acceptable visit turned sour upon the retrieval of our vehicle from the valet when we discovered damage had been incurred on the exterior of the vehicle. Hours later on the route home, we discovered the cash which was kept in an enclosed compartment we reserved for tollways had gone missing. An unfortunate event, certainly, which was compounded by upper...

Dear Kristin G; Thank you for choosing the Days Inn Chicago for your stay in Chicago. I’m sorry you were not satisfied with the valet service and management’s response. After you checked out you called the hotel and told the clerk of damage to your car window caused by the valet supervisor. The clerk asked you for your name but...

2 rooms for 5 guys. Highly recommend place to stay when looking for a cheap place just outside of the city. Easy train in though so being outside the city isn't really a factor. Very safe and great local eateries.

We stay 4 or 5 nights a year and see Cub games. Hotel has been recently refurbished and is in a interesting neighborhood. Easy bus ride to Wrigley.

Not the best choice for a vacation! You can't do anything w/o a room key (really annoying) the worst part of my stay was the block around the toilet that I hit my foot on 20x and the stupid metal bed frame u hit! It's one of those really frustrating rooms that is just set up wrong. The sink is...

Dear Diniss1; Thank you for choosing the Days Inn Chicago for your stay in Chicago. We are sorry you were not satisfied with your stay. Yes, we do require a key to access the elevator and stairwell to the guest rooms. This is for everybody’s safety so non-guests don’t just go to the guest room floors. Guests typically smoke in...

There were a lot of Ants in our room. They bit my dog. This made my stay bad. It took 3 rooms to get room to stay in. The first room had a pair of dirty underwear. The second room did not smell good. I just got my bill and I have a 13.99 charge that I don't understand.

Dear aab1989 – We have done some research and can only assume that you stayed at a different hotel. While we do not allow pets in the hotel, we have not had any service animals here recently. We have not moved guests to various rooms due to dirty underwear, ants and smell. Our cleanliness standards are extremely high and our...
