This is an older boutique hotel but in the BEST location in Downtown Chicago. Our room was on the 21st floor overlooking the Magnificent Mile. The room is very simple, with a refrigerator (no microwave). Beds were comfortable. The staff was fantastic. No issues encountered....More

The location is great, but the rooms could be better. The hotel is nice at the lobby but can be improved with more maintenance, the hallways, elevators and bathroom are clean but not in the best shape. Yet the price/benefit ratio is very good.More
