I have been coming to Chicago on a regular basis for years and never knew about this hotel in the South Loop area of Chicago. My hotel room is wonderful, large, modern, clean and very hip! Huge bathroom with a TV in the mirror so I can watch the news while getting ready. Big work table, Eames style lounger and...

We stayed at the Blackstone mid-week when the hotel was at a very low occupancy, on a business trip. We were given, without asking - but we are high-level Marriott reward members, a corner king room facing both north up Michigan ave, and out toward the lake. The weather was awful, but the view was appreciated, anyhow. The room was...

While most are heading south for winter, we go north. Chicago is always a top choice, for we love the city and what it has to offer. With winter comes some great travel deals, and the Blackstone was one of them. Being rewards members, we have found Marriott properties always accommodating in all ways. Not needing to rent a vehicle...

I should start by saying that a staffer solicited a favorable Trip Advisor review, noting that the hotel pays them $25 for each if their name was mentioned. Be guided accordingly when reading these reviews. This is a reasonably well situated hotel, if a bit south of the heart of the action for non-business travelers. It's a nice hotel, but...

Hello, David, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I am so sorry that we were not able to meet, let alone exceed your expectations. We are going into a guest room renovation that will be complete by the end of April which should take care of the "tattered" chair. thank you, Kim C General...

Historic hotel with modern features. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I love Chicago! Clean and comfortable rooms. It was fun to read the history, from Presidential and Royalty visits and a gangster history. A great place to stay.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, excellent location. I was in Chicago for an event, and the Blackstone hotel was the perfect place to be. It put me in just the right location. Every one of staff members I met were friendly and helpful. But especially Tekita at the front desk- you made my weekend!

We are in the midst of a 5 night stay. All of the staff have been very helpful and friendly. They have a very nice breakfast on the top floor. Norma and Takeeta were friendly faces to meet in the morning. The hotel is very close to both subway and bus lines. Check it out.

My experience at Blackstone was amazing not only is it like stepping in a moment in time with the historical architecture and with the Great Gatsby style throughout the hotel with a flair of modernism. Absolutely spectacular! The team at Blackstone had so much poise and professionalism. Abraham the concierge made me feel like I was important at all times...

Firstly, I have family in Chicago and suburbs so it is very rare that I stay in a hotel. Mostly for business (January Boat Show) and the Blackstone is always my first choice. This year, my arrival corresponded with President Obama's arrival for his Farewell Speech at McCormick Place (also where the boat show is, with final set up preparations...

The Blackstone was wonderful and everyone there was very kind. Our room was quiet which was an added bonus considering the weekend! It's about 3 blocks from the Art Institute and a nice 1 1/2 - 2 mile walk to the center of the Magnificent Mile..so great location all around. I would stay again.
