Our room was so comfortable! We had the queen facing the street. The room was ample and not overly decorated. The staff very knowledgeable about neighborhood restaurants and getting there in the first place. They were so helpful! The subway is a pleasant short walk. We were on the second floor and breakfast is on that floor. So, if stairs...

My husband reserved a room with a King Bed for 2 nights while we were in town for our Grandson's Graduation from U of I's Dental School. We were told we could not rent just Fri and Sat but would also be charged for Sun night. Although not thrilled, the pictures on line looked nice and we thought we might...

We're sorry that your experience at the Wicker Park Inn did not meet your expectations. The guestroom you selected has a queen-size bed and is located near the train. We advise our guests both on our website and over the phone of the room's proximity to the train and do not recommend it for light sleepers. Our establishment does not...

I stayed in the Blue Line apartment and was very happy with the experience. The train does pass by close, but to me just added to the experience of being in Chicago. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff friendly. I love the Wicker Park neighborhood and was so happy to find an option there. I paid...

My wife & I stayed in the Cape Cod room with our infant. It was big enough for our pack & play and walking space. The room was absolutely delightful and had a very comfy bed! The bathroom was a little small but we made due (loved the heater!) The staff in the office were so nice and accommodating to...

Booked the Wicker Park room and Chicago room for a family overnight visit. Great location. Rooms were very nice. You can definitely hear the El in the Chicago room, but it didn't bother us. Parking pass was ready for our overnight stay and there was a spot right out front. Very nice selection for breakfast too. Will visit again.

I come to Chicago frequently and am so happy to have found the Wicker Park Inn and the great people who staff it. My room is perfect for an extended stay: comfortable bed, kitchenette and plenty of room to spread out. The staff is incredibly helpful and the location is great (a short walk to the Damon L stop and...

I want to start off by saying I loved this place. It was very clean and the room we had (The Chicago room) was huge and had a full private bathroom, large closet, and a private deck/patio out back that faced the elevated train. Checking in and out was a breeze. The kitchen was just outside of our room and...

We just got back from a weekend baby moon at the Wicker Park Inn. The location is ideal! We walked throughout the Wicker Park neighborhood and loved the easy access to the "L" to get around. The restaurant options are boundless and we had so much fun eating our way through the neighborhood. Loved Taxim, Mindy's Hot Chocolate, Wormhole coffee,...

We went to see the Bowie Is exhibit and stayed at the Wicker Park Inn. We stayed in the guestroom on the main floor. It was spacious and had a fireplace, ensuite bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was served upstairs and was continental style- no hot breakfasts. Yet there was enough of a choice that one would...

Due to travel requirements, I got there at 11:00 pm; keys were right there in easy access lock box (though I walked past it initially). My room (Wicker) was on the ground floor, hence my four stars. Stairs too close, too noisy;insufficient sound insulation. Having got that off my chest, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.my room was nice and...
