We highly recommend visiting Chicago and staying at the Trump Tower as you prepare for the holidays!
Our Deluxe Spa Room was spacious with gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows, providing views that energized us as we started the day eating breakfast and sipping coffee while watching birds pirouette through buildings and around bridges on the river. The room was large enough so that we could comfortably accommodate a few friends for a champagne toast before heading up for cocktails at the Rebar Lounge.

Our stay here was just outstanding. First time in Chicago and here with our adult daughter who was running the marathon. We had beautiful city view rooms next to each other on the 22nd floor. Extremely well appointed and some of the best beds we ever slept in. Rooms so well designed with all the basics of a 5* hotel spot on - lots of towels, multiple charging sockets, mini kitchen, and great sound proofing. We genuinely never heard anyone in the corridor. Pool and health suite well appointed and super clean with great city views. Rebar was a great spot for a drink and sushi. Every member of staff was delightful and on the last morning when my daughter managed to lock herself out only partly dressed security came to help in second. Breakfast bar was open for marathon runners with free fruit, drinks and energy bars. A top notch hotel which I would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in one of the most famous skyscrapers in the world designed by the same architecture firm as the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and in fact it recalls its style. Apart from the architecture, I found the hotel very beautiful and satisfying, in an enviable position and with a spectacular view. We stayed 3 nights, over the Christmas period, in room 2534 on the 25th floor. Very large, quiet room with a fully equipped kitchenette with appliances from prestigious brands complete with good quality crockery and set of dishes and cutlery. Absolutely nothing was missing in the kitchenette. A fridge/bar fridge with ice maker and full of drinks. A huge and super comfortable bed, 2 wardrobes, 1 of which is very large. Bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as mirror with built-in TV. Perfect and excellent room service. A perfectly trained house keeper (I think her name was Kaia) who was very thorough in cleaning and stocking the room. Of the 3 nights I never needed to ask for something that was missing in the room or bathroom. The view from the room was breathtaking of the river and Lake Michigan. Unfortunately, due to the limited time available, I was unable to use other hotel services. I wanted to use the SPA which stays open late but I couldn't find the time. The rather large swimming pool is suitable for unwinding after hectic days and the changing rooms are perfectly clean and equipped. If I really have to find a flaw, it was the welcome at check-in by the man at the reception, perhaps still inexperienced, while all the others were very professional and very kind. We live in the suburbs of Chicago and wanted a nice staycation in the city. We decided to try out Trump hotels since they seem to have the best location downtown.
Our stay was amazing and the view was literally so insane! The moment we arrived, the staff was super welcoming and helped us with our 2 twin girls. They also set up a play tent for them in the room to surprise us! Amenities were great. We used the pool and it perfect for our little 5 month olds. If we needed anything like water or toothbrush, the staff came delivered it to our room in matter of minutes! The manager that took care of us was Melvin. I cannot emphasize enough how accommodating and professional he was. He was patient with us through out the check in and check out process. Definitely would come stay with this hotel again. Wish we could come every month!

What can I say, you really can't go wrong with staying at a Trump International. It's all about the customer service which exceeded my expectations. For being located in the heart of downtown, the road that the Hotel is on gives you a secluded feel, dare I say a bit quieter, with less vehicle and pedestrian traffic. From being met by the Valet Service to check in / check out and room service, the staff were genuinely kind and happy to serve you. The Valet and Front Desk staff were so friendly and conversational, like they actually care about what you have to say. The rooms are spacious with a lot of natural light, I can definitely vibe with natural light controlled with motorized blinds.. We enjoyed a city room with a king size bed and convertible sofa. The room also had a good sized bathroom with shower and separate bathtub, single vanity, and scale. Upon entering the room, there was a ton of counter space creating a small kitchenette including a refrigerator, dishwasher, sink and Nespresso Coffee Maker. There were some basic beverage dinnerware, but the silverware was lacking. I think our room only had dinner knives. I really like the Nespresso - didn't cost extra to use in the room. The refrigerator came fully stocked with an assortment of beverages for cost as well as snacks. If a small tin of cashews for $18 is your thing, grab a go friend! I digress, staying at the Trump International in Chicago was worth it. I would be eager to stay at the Las Vegas location.
My only notes for improvement - better pillows and a better quality hairdryer. I will admit, I did expect a Dyson when I opened the hairdryer bag. I was a little disappointed when I revealed a very inexpensive product that I wouldn't use on my color treated hair. As far as the pillow, quite honestly, your head just sinks...I felt like my head was on the mattress when I woke up. There is no bounce to the pillows. Something with even the slightest bit more structure would help.

From start to finish - perfect! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary St Patrick’s Day weekend. We had the BEST customer service and I can’t even begin to express how above and beyond the staff are! Curtis, at the front desk treated us to comp drink tickets at the bar and was the most welcoming and helpful. Camilla, at Terrace 16 was extraordinary; she always found a spot for us even when we did not have reservations (on a very busy weekend). She always had a smile as she swiftly moved around endlessly catering to everyone like they were family! Vito at Terrace 16 was also fabulous. He brought a hanger for me to hang my purse on from the table so it would not touch the floor. Wow! Chef Derrick had a wonderful presence walking around and speaking with the guests. He is so kind and down to earth. Best burger EVER! All the food was fabulous and beautiful in presentations. We ate all meals there except one and the one we didn’t we wished we had just stayed at Trump Tower. Our room was spacious and beautiful! So many amenities that proved how very much their care for guests. We were treated like royalty and can’t wait to return soon. Thank you for one of the best hotels stays we’re ever had! You certainly set the bar high!

This is my second visit to a Trump hotel and so far, the best as far as use of amenities. I spent more time at their spa than anywhere else! Didn’t even book a single service! They have a Turkish steam room in the women’s section along with a sauna, showers, changing room, exfoliating oil, body cream, shaving and toothbrush kits, shower caps, towels, undergarment dryer, hair dryer, complimentary water, coffee, fruit!
I can keep going! That spa is where it’s at! The facility is the cleanest and in my opinion, safest place in Chicago. All staff were friendly and Shelby in the spa area and the gentleman and young lady at the front desk were wonderful!
I will always stay here when visiting and highly recommend!

We stayed at the Trump Chicago hotel this weekend as we celebrated my god daughter's bridal shower. The shower was in the grand ballroom which was so beautiful - the view of the lake, river and the city was absolutely spectacular! The grandeur and elegance of the hotel are evident in every corner, but it's the exceptional service that truly sets it apart.
