Its pretty much a fixed, non-negotiable, no discount price of 79.99 I think it was. The place is pretty rough, but the people are nice and its in a safe neighborhood it seems. We had no complaints other than the attention to detail. If you like southern food, the restaurant on site is remarkable, and even has a dress code to get in! ;-)
