Staff was very nice and accommodating. Our suite overlooked Lincoln Park zoo and the lake. The issue we had was the temperature in the room. There was a constant chill in the air even after the heat was turned to its highest settings. Otherwise, it was a nice property.

Extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful staff checked us in. There is valet parking, but we found a parking box across the street and paid about $12 for parking. The rooms are smallish because it is an older property, but they are impeccably clean and stylishly furnished. The main restaurant is currently closed for renovations, but the J. Parker rooftop bar...

The hotel was very clean and staff were on top of every little thing - very impressive. The rooms were small but definitely doable especially since we didn't spend much time in it. It was alittle pricey, but considering the location and close proximity to lots of things to do it worked.

This hotel was great for us. The room was fantastic. The rooftop bar is very cool. But most of all, the service is unbelievable. Everybody we interacted with...valet, front desk, cleaning staff, bartenders, coffee shop...they were all super nice and super helpful. We'll be back.

My husband and I came to Chicago for a last trip before our baby is born and the Hotel Lincoln was a perfect spot. The staff was really welcoming and when I told them the reason for our visit, we were given an upgrade to a jr. suite and some chocolates. I feel like the staff all went out of...

The rooms were extremely small and the heating unit must run continuously or be turned off since there is no temperature control in the rooms. These were my only complaints. The cleanliness, the staff's helpfulness and professionalism, and the quietness of the rooms were good.

I booked this hotel because I'm a fan of JDV hotels and the website screamed funky hotel. Plus rooftop bar. Was not disappointed at all. In fact, we were kindly upgraded to a suite (with 2 bathrooms!) upon arrival because it was our first time in Chicago. The decor in the lobby is exceptionally cool and the room was spacious...
