We came for a weekend getaway and really loved the service and facilities. Eden Bernal was our concierge, and she went above and beyond to make our trip a success. She arranged for tickets for tours and suggested dining experiences that were great. The Acura Experience was also a very nice perk. We would definitely do it again.

This hotel has a hip and fun vibe. The lobby mixes old with new and it was a fun place to sit and people watch while we waited for the room. The staff were excellent and easy to talk to. They were very attentive which was refreshing. The room was a handicapped room on the 17th floor. In the past...

When I'm traveling for work in Chicago, the W City Center is one of my favorite spots to stay! Centrally located with swanky decor, this hotel goes the extra mile to create a memorable experience for its customers. I stay in Chicago a lot, and normally stay at the Westin Rver North (which ia a great hotel). The Westin was booked, so I tried the W City Center. I had stayed there once before (about 10 years ago) and was not overly imnpressed bt thought I would give it one more shot. It as, in a word, lousy....

I stayed here 2 nights for a wedding with my husband and had an excellent time! Our room wasn't a suite but it was still spacious enough for a king bed, a chaise, and plenty of space to work out in the morning. From start to finish, the stay was flawless: Tyler was extremely pleasant when he checked us in...

Had a short mid-week stay at the W and everything was excellent. We had two rooms and the rooms are not exactly spacious but when you are in downtown major metro areas, it's kind of the norm so not really a problem for me. However, if you were staying a week on vacation, our closet would be pretty small for...
