Location: excellent - across the street from the train station. There is a CVS downstairs and near a bunch of restaurants. This is an excellent location because we have friends who live in Edge Water (Granville station). Nearby Andersonville, Granville, Rogers Park have lots of good restaurants. We also took the train to two stops away and walked to the...

We're glad you enjoyed our location and took advantage of all the fantastic restaurants in the neighborhood. We try to make our units feel like a home away from home and we're very happy you enjoyed all the amenities we supply. We recently decided to streamline our reservation system and are pleased that you experienced a much more simplified and...

Loyola Flats is very near to Loyola University, which is why we picked this property. It was also one of the most affordable options in the area. I liked the fact that it was a condo, and that it was within walking distance to the train and the university. It was immaculate, with a modern kitchen. The bathroom could have...

We're glad you enjoyed the updated features of our units along with the location of The Flats! In the future please feel free to call for more towels as we would be more than happy to supply them. We apologize all the miscommunication you experienced regarding check in. What you experienced is well below the standard we hold ourselves to...

The pros and cons of the Flats. The pros are that is large, modern, clean, convenient apartment. It was great to have the space, I loved the porch to sit outside. I was only there two nights so did not take advantage of all the amenities, but it has everything you need to eat in, relax and work. Parking is...

We’re glad you enjoyed the unit and our convenient location to Loyola! We’re sorry for the confusion you had surrounding us being a guesthouse as opposed to a traditional hotel. As a guesthouse our guests are autonomous, but if someone needs something we’re at the building in ten minutes or less to assist! In regard to the reservation process, we...

The Flats at Loyola had very modern bedrooms, living room and full size apartment kitchen to use. Other than morning coffee, we found too many interesting eateries within walking distance to use the kitchen much. The Red Line is minutes away if you want to visit other areas of Chicago. Very enjoyable stay.

My first stay at Loyola Flats and loved it. Great location, secure, clean and spacious! Cvs, restaurants and fun bars nearby. Able to hang with my Loyola student and all his Sigma Chi brothers. Totally recommend staying here unless you prefer cramped hotel rooms.

Wonderful experience! Our first visit to The Flats! Felt like City Living! Mother and teenage daughter trip! Can't wait to go back! But, honestly, I don't want anyone to know about this place so that it has availability next time I'm in Chicago :)

Missing a bath mat. Extra blanket would have been nice. " "What's on in Chicago" or Loyola campus information would be nice too. Noisy on weekends during school and thin walls. Comfortable and roomy. I think parking on the premises is nice and works out well. and having the little grocery store around the corner was nice too. But for...

This is our 4th stay at the Flats and sadly, probably the last since our daughter graduated. Perfect place for anyone visiting their Loyola friends and family. The units are clean, well furnished and an easy walk to anything around LUC. Added bonus that it is student run. And where else in Chicago is parking free? Keep up the good...

Reserved unit #102; tastefully decorated, so much space! Nothing like a typical hotel room in Chicago and sorry I had not tried this before. Convenience to the LUC campus is wonderful, immediate access to the L and amenities that make you feel as if you've moved in. Clean, spacious, especially with the bath separate from bedroom separate from living space....

This was our first stay here. It is very convenient and the loaded with amenities. And parking included is a real plus! We had room 101, right by the front door, on the street but sleeping and noise were no problem. I was a bit apprehensive about staying where there was no staff on the hand but it wasn't a...
