Stayed at hotel in November for family event. The hotel room was nice, high ceiling felt very roomy and frankly nicer looking than disclosed on hotels own website. Lousy view of across the street building. Bathroom had deep tub and separate shower . Shower had descent pressure and was hot. The bath room was very nice. Did not request any...

Appreciate your detailed review, and while you may have been disappointed with a couple of perceived short falls, we’re confident our service, amenities, value, and location would still outweigh our competitors on the gentrified Magnificent Mile. We’re also able to encourage our guests to leave their car at home, with direct access via public transportation to both airports and walking...

Everything was great! The first desk staff was very helpful with suggestions and reservations. The financial district location was great and away from the hustle and bustle of the city which allowed us to rest peacefully. I would definitely stay here again.

Happy Birthday! And love your address, how much better the world would be if we all could appreciate each other as residents of a shared planet. Our assumption is you were here over the weekend as Chicago’s Financial District is the epitome of business activity during the week; but an ideal location on weekends and holidays to see the real...

Hotel staff were charming, helpful and went the extra mile to ensure your needs were met. Concierge was a mine of info when asked. It would have been good to have had street maps in the room. Coffee cups in the room were paper and coffee supply somewhat limited.

Thank you, always appreciative when our guests from overseas review our hotel. Please note Chicago is an anomaly in the States for a city this size, aside from it being known as a large city of smaller neighborhoods, our residents are genuine and sincere. These Midwestern values are extended to each of our visitors and the warmth and friendliness of...

Loved this hotel. The spacious room with plenty of storage and a large closet, huge, elegant bathroom with privacy - excellent shower and deep soaking tub, and the fabulous fitness center and indoor heated pool. The TV in the bathroom mirror was incredible! I was lucky to be on the Executive level and enjoyed the Executive Lounge with delicious and...

Thank you very much! Although our hotel was incorporated into an existing century old landmark, we have some of the most spacious rooms in Chicago. Entirely new interior construction also positioned us to have the most modern amenities and conveniences, and judging by your review we succeeded in bringing a new level of luxury to Chicago’s Loop. Appreciate your kind...

I was in Chicago for fun this week with a friend, and we stayed at the JW Marriott in Chicago. It was a very comfortable property, close in the Theatre District, within walking distance of several subway stations, and staff there were most helpful. Great Choice

Thank you, delighted in being able to show our hotel to a distinguished visitor from the Show Me State! As the only luxury hotel in Chicago’s Loop, our close proximity to the theaters, museums, sporting venues, and of course unique dining options has giving us a distinct advantage over our competitors and appreciate your kind remarks and high review. Stayed at this hotel twice for business activity. It's one of the nicest rooms in the city. Restaurant on 2nd floor is fun, good food and spirits. The rooms are good size for downtown location. Simply a high quality hotel experience.

Lots of reviews so I'll just 'try' to add a few things. We were in a king (on the 8th floor, west side, great a view of the Willis tower) and others have commented on it, but I didn't think much of it until I saw it, 'the bathroom is very large', LOL, it really is nice and big with...

Thank you, and a disclaimer for our TripAdvisor readers that you are not one of our hotel associates or Sales Managers, your complimentary review makes us blush.
