The rooms are beautiful, tastefully decorated and fairly large for a downtown location. The staff bend over backwards to accommodate you. The decor was wonderful- we were there at Christmas time and it was just fantastic!
Stayed the night of New Years Eve for a wedding we had in the city that night. Very clean and nice sized room. The staff were very friendly and considering it was New Years Eve and it was very busy the hotel was terrific!
Although you could say that Chicago has a business area and this hotel is in that area, it's very nearby all the attractions. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, lovely pool. Nearby the hotel there are handy shops such as Potbelly, Subway, 7Eleven, McDonald's and Starbucks,...More
Comfortable, good location , friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.
The combination of a comfortable room with good facilities and staff who smile, strive to please and know what they are doing makes a great hotel.

Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a good starting point to sample the city's energy and flavor. This central business district boasts Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of Millennium Park and Cloud Gate (“The Bean”), one of
the most iconic landmarks in the city. A stunning skyline coupled with cultural attractions like the Art Institute of Chicago present a Downtown where work and play peacefully coexist.
