Even though our rooms were up three flights, it was well worth it. It was extremely comfortable and spacious. The price for us six was much less expensive than staying at a motel and MUCH more homey. The suite we stayed in was the Sox, with a Field of Dreams theme, very well decorated, and clean. The complimentary breakfast in...

Me and my family stayed here a few nights ago and the staff and owner were wonderful people... Very nice and accommodating. We stayed in the Sox sweet. I really recommend that. It's spacious, clean and has a homey feel to it that I can't describe. We had complimentary breakfast downstairs in the morning. It was the most delicious breakfast...

Bridgeport Bed and Breakfast is the best value for the price that I have experienced in a long time. It is a quirky little place with a cute restaurant on the ground floor. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfasts are great, with fresh fruit and a variety of juices included each morning. Kevin is...

There is more to this place than meets the eye. Exceptional, charming, informative and helpful host. Large accommodation and fabulous breakfasts more than make up for the location a little way from the centre. Great team at work here !

Nice, comfortable, clean and convenient. We stayed here for a recent wedding and it was very nice. It is an older building with some fairly steep stairs, but with charm and comfort. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was tremendous and the parking was close. Would defiantly stay there on my next trip to Chicago.

I had the wonderful experience recently of staying at the Bridgeport Bed and Breakfast while at a convention in Chicago. You can't believe how wonderful and helpful the staff was. Dave and crew (with Kevin leading the way) went out of their way (literally) to make my 3 night stay incredible. The rooms, while not luxurious, are very clean and...

My company was attending a conference at McCormick Place and all the hotels in the city were completely booked, and we found Bridgeport when looking at surrounding areas. It really is a quaint B&B just outside the city, but a quick 10 min ride to downtown and the conference center. The area is not tourist friendly (meaning no shopping/dining places...

We traveled to the Chicago area in Feb 2015 for a 40th anniversary celebration in our family. The party was less than a mile from the Bridgeport B & B so rather than make the trip downtown after the party we chose to stay close by. What a great decision! We were initially attracted by the character of the area...

We knew this would be an exceptional place to stay when Dave burst out of the café to greet us on the pavement as we got out of the taxi from the airport. When visiting a big city it's all too easy to stay in an anonymous chain hotel, but this is somewhere quite different. Dave told us that when...

What a great experience. The owner, Dave Samber made us feel right at home the minute we arrived. We arrived late and had plans for the evening. After our cab didn't show, Dave drove us all the way over to Lincoln Park so we wouldn't be late. Plus he has great stories! We stayed in the White Sox suite which...
