We were in Chicago for a Cubs game and a concert. This is a very nice place to stay. Kate gives you the codes to the doors so there is no real check in process, it's all done on-line. Quick walk to the red line,...More
We stayed at Magnolia Studios for a long weekend in May. The location was perfect for a visit with family who live in the area and is a quiet residential neighborhood. The studio is comfortably furnished with a small kitchenette that allowed us to eat...More

Hello, thanks for yours and on street parking is free and unlimited which means that it does not require a permit and there is no time limit. But, spaces are not allocated specifically to guests, it is regular street parking and so spaces have to be found as they become available. You can usually find a space pretty near to us, but sometimes it can get a little busy at the end of the day when people return home from work. I usually say to use street parking if you're coming in and are going to park up and use the car infrequently. If you're going to go use the car a lot though and go in and out every day, particularly at busy times, not a bad idea to rent the garage for an additional $10 a night. It's right underneath the studios and is super convenient. Finally, there's a small municipal parking lot right by us which is free at weekends, so that's another free option if you're coming in on Friday and Saturday nights. Let me know if I can help more, I'd be happy to. Thanks so much again.
