Talk about a home away from home! This place is in a great neighborhood, right across the road from DePaul University. Great Lincoln Park vibe. The hostess is very very sweet and was very welcoming when we arrived. I expected just a typical B&B room. Was I wrong! We had an entire entry and living room to ourselves, as well...

The reviews are pretty exceptional, so we arrived with high expectations and were not disappointed. The common living area nicely decorated and very comfortable. The lux king bed w deep-foam topped mattress was superior, as were the fine linens. No meals served on site, but all the Keurig coffee and tea options we could possibly want and a few breakfast...

Owner/hostess Sharon Durling was very personable and made us feel like old friends. The atmosphere was very warm and eclectically charming. Our bed was really astonishingly comfortable. I regret not reading the mattress label and studying the assembly of bedding components in hopes of duplicating at home. Location is in a very scenic and upscale old neighborhood with lots of...

We were recently in Chicago for our son's graduation and needed a place to stay close to his apartment in Lincoln Park. This guest house was in a perfect location near wonderful restaurants and shops. The staff was very professional, friendly and accommodating to our schedule. When you walked into the home there was a cozy living area. Upstairs, the...

Wow--from the moment we walked in and unpacked, we felt right at home. The bed mattress was the most comfortable we have ever slept on, the room very nicely furnished and stocked with about every detail that we could possibly need. TV, sound machine, bright skylights, photo and tour guide books and maps of Chicago, clean rooms. We had a...

The Lincoln Park Guest House is a great B&B place to stay. There is a beautiful common room for reading and up the stairs is the lovely guest quarters that is bright, airy, and clean. The bed is phenomenal - almost cloud-like in comfort. Sharon Durling, the proprietress is warm and inviting - so much so she has carried my...

I loved the huge king size bed and feel of a luxurious room and bathroom but a more comfortable home setting. I was able to walk all around the neighborhood with access to cute shops, restaurants and coffeeshops. You will be very happy here especially in the prime Lincoln Park location which is also convenient to downtown or friends in...

This gem combines the informality and friendliness of a bed-and-breakfast with many of the amenities of a five-star hotel (Wi-Fi, immaculate bathroom, cutesy chocolates at the bedside, in-room fridge and snacks, iPhone player/charger, loads of tourist brochures and a neighborhood guide, a sleep-sounds machine, fluffy towels and a cozy bed). Like the last reviewer, I stayed in the TV-less room--it...
