A too brief four nights on the 38th floor, overlooking the lake and the marina's to the North! Perfect! Craig Poe greeted us at the front desk and arranged our wonderful room with a view! Concierge Nancy was very knowledgeable and organized several things for us... even managing to get my sweater back after I left it in a car...

My wife and I came to Chicago to celebrate our 41st anniversary. I had been once before. She had not. We ran into a couple who lived in Chicago. They were there to have the "chef-made" hot dogs. They gave us two other great restaurant recommendations within 2-3 blocks. We had room service breakfast each morning. Anne at the concierge...

Staff and Hotel were amazing. It is nice where everyone has a "what can I do for you" attitude. The artwork and restaurant were also top notch. The only thing is that when windy (it is Chicago) the rooms can get creaky at night.

Neighbourhood Profile
Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile.
