Great service and welcome experience. Arrived late due to flight deal and treated amazing as I entered the door. The room was well appointed and the amenities were vast. The food is always spectacular at the Four Seasons and this location did not disappoint.

Spent a weekend in the city. Got a suite overlooking the lake. Lovely hotel with a good spa and pool. Location is fantastic near shopping area in downtown. Staff was very helpful in booking me good dinner restaurants. Highly recommend for family or business trips

Four Seasons Chicago runs perfectly. It is luxury hotel catering to business travelers, discerning travelers and families. They seamlessly integrate children into the stay but it is not a place where you will feel the children's presence. The playroom is unparalleled. F&B is top notch, rooms have the very best views. We also love Allium. Home away from home!

Wonderful room, view, service. Best location, décor and overall vibe. Staff is professional, sincere and really buttoned-up. Upgrade to executive suite is worth it; standard bathrooms have a tub/shower combo (based on last stay with a queen/queen when my Mother & I were guests). Only complaint was that bags of "shopping trash" were left in hallway twice and lingered a...

Stayed at this location over the last weekend. The views from the room were spectacular - one side of the hotel faces the city, whilst the other side faces the lake. The service was impeccable, and all requests were immediately acted upon. The food in the restaurant on the 7th floor was also very good. The gym was very well-equipped,...

Back from recent 4 night stay here. Hotel very well located and within walking distance of the best shops and places to visit. Having to go up 7 floors to the lobby in one lift and then walk across to another lift to get to the room an inconvenience perhaps but a minor one. Rooms spacious and equipped fairly well...

For a 3 bedroom suite I'm surprised there wasn't a coffee machine in the room. Also I was greeted w card not in my name intended for someone else. Fruit was kind of old and stale looking and only set out on first night.
