We stay at the Four Seasons Chicago several times a year and consider some of the staff to be our friends after seeing them there for so many years. Of course the service is impeccable and the facility is terrific, but what makes it a special luxury hotel is the warmth and genuine caring of the staff. No snootiness or...

I planned to write a special thank you letting the hotel staff how much we appreciated their kindness. My husband and I have never been to the Four Seasons, and that our room might be upgraded for our special occasion leaves me feeling very humbled. We probably won't be able to come back soon, but we sure hope circumstances will...

The rooms are too old. The bathroom is too small Room service is fine. The front desk a little bit rude. The view is amazing. The concierge is ok. The laundry service is very bad. The spa is fine. That is all.

Excellent location. Stayed on 45th floor which had superb views of Lake Michigan.... fantastic sunrises! Room service was exceptional. The lobby is on the 7th floor which is not a problem though the doormen at ground level were not quite up to scratch. Struggled with cabs, struggled to help with luggage. Pool is a good size but we had the...

Enjoyed a weekend with the family on a "staycation". We had previously stayed here and had a very minor hiccup during the stay. We advised management and they more than made up for it with this stay. The rooms are large, very clean and the beds are really comfortable. We were lucky enough to get a corner room, well worth...

The kids enjoyed the pool and sauna. We treated ourselves to room service for late night dessert and it was delicious. The location is absolutely ideal for quick access to...

It almost seems silly to review the Four Seasons, but here it is ... I have stayed at the Four Seasons in Chicago many times over the years. The service is always excellent, the room is always spacious, clean, comfortable and beautiful (often with stunning views) and the food is always delicious.

Our stay at the Four Seasons Chicago was excellent, exceeding our expectations. It is a beautiful facility and the staff is superb; friendly and helpful starting with the doorman, to the Front Desk, to House Keeping and the restaurant wait staff.

Staying in Magnificent Mile

Neighbourhood Profile
Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale. Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.
