Decor is dated and room furniture is used and disappointing. Surely not a 5 star property. Everything in room felt tired. A/C system not working properly and noisy. I would gladly be a client when they have rennovated rooms

Friendly staff, cozy restaurant, quick and delicious room service. Adorable spread for my puppy. The restaurant had a fantastic cheese plate. The breakfast room service was outstanding. I highly recommend the egg white frittata. Great hotel- very clean and accommodating.

I enjoyed my stay at the Four Seasons. The gentlemen at your front door were very helpful with tips and guidance of getting my lost luggage back. They are great!!! All the staff were pleasant and helpful but I needed to stress the doormen went above and beyond.

We always stay at the Four Seasons Chicago after a 16 hour flight back to the states to visit family. It is a perfect home base to recover and rest up before continuing the rest of our travels. The hotel is gorgeous, maintains that old world feel with all the modern comforts. The staff is excellent and alway make us...

I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you can guarantee that the windy city won't be windy! the building moves and makes really loud creaking noises in the wind that wake you up. Also the decor of the rooms is dated and could stand to be refreshed!

We've been here the last couple of years for our company's holiday party. Everything here is well done from the front desk to the restaurant (Allium) to the beautiful views from the room. We're are looking forward to returning next year!

Again just like last time I am very late at writing this review. I stayed for the second time from November 26th until November 30th as my dad was there on business. I had such a great visit last time that I knew we had to stay there again. A week or so before my trip I emailed with Kristen...

Stayed here again over Christmas where the hotel is always so beautifully decorated. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help you with questions on what ever you need. Its my favorite place to stay in Chicago. The food is outstanding. If you ever have a chance to eat at the Four Seasons for a holiday brunch make...

On the day of check out, there wasn't any hot water in the shower. The shower also heavily leaked onto the bathroom floor, and we had to use several towels to soak up the mess. The leaking happened both days.

Staying in Magnificent Mile

Neighbourhood Profile
Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. This area between Oak Avenue and the Chicago River is more a shopping paradise than a full-out neighborhood. For prime upscale shopping, this is the place to go. It’s busy, energetic, and packed with shoppers. You'll also find hundreds of restaurants and dozens of hotels, all on the mid- to high-end scale. Some of the city’s most iconic buildings like the Wrigley Building, John Hancock Center and other architectural marvels define the magnificence of this neighborhood.
