First, location is perfect. Front desk ladies are nice. But that is were the pros end. The ONLY reason we went to this hotel was for the pool. Very hard to find in this area. But come to find it out it is closed for "the season", it was 83° today!! I asked the front desk ladies and they said...

I don't usually stay at Best Westerns but this hotel was great. Perfect location and great customer service. Rooms are very clean and staff was very attentive. I needed help locating a great restaurant and everyone was very helpful in steering me in the right direction. Would definitely come back here again!!!

Location The hotel is located immediately across the road from Grant Park. The hotel fronts a side road and few rooms will be exposed to the traffic on the main road between the hotel and the park. My room was at the back but still had a view across the park to the lake. The Field Museum, Aquarium, Planetarium and...

Hotel located just a block from train & buses - near attractions. Hotel staff knowledgeable about Chicago sites, asked about a pool yes, but upon arriving it was shut down for the season for repairs - disappointing. Needs outside updating but rooms clean.

Over priced, run down hotel. Tiles missing on lobby floor. Elevator slow and had paper signs "maximum six occupants" taped up on the walls. Unfriendly desk clerks. The rates charged for the value is way out of range.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for one night and it met our needs for location. We had a 2 doubles room that had been recently renovated except for older carpet. Shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. We loved the location.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour group. I feel we should have been told of the renovations by our agents before we arrived at his hotel. Our bathroom was very small but it had been refitted up to a point. The hairdryer storage unit had not been fixed to the wall so was hanging off the...
