I just stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The had a an exceptional staff with special attention to details. In particular Justin Jordon who went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and Alfredo and Sierra who found my pyjamas after I left them in the room that I checked out in! The location was amazing,...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Had a problem with understanding exactly what we had booked and what we were getting and Shalima handled our concerns very professionally. She made sure we received what we had booked. And several times our keys didn't work and the HH staff was more than happy to re-set them. Our room? Loved the location. Executive level floor 23. Clean room...

I was there for a conference and I have to say that working in a hotel industry, I’ve never seen a service like that! The receptionist in general very rude, and not helpful at all. At the concierge the information asked was given in a bad manner and not accurate. The rooms old and noisy (minifridge and aircon). Wifi slow...

I was treated to a birthday weekend in Chicago. We had symphony tickets, and we were in the city for the science march; so we picked the Palmer House to spend Saturday night... and we were so glad we did! The hotel is located in the Chicago Loop on State and Monroe just two blocks from Symphony Center, with Millennium...

The room was very clean but overall we were extremely disappointed in the room. First the room was so small we could barely walk in the room. There was no room to walk between the bed and the dresser without leaning over the bed or bumping into the dresser. And forget about trying to close the door to the bathroom...

I was at this hotel for a conference and I know they were sold out, I must have got the worst room in the place. My room was like a closet. I kid you not- I had to step into the bathroom in order to close the door and then shut the door. My carpet was wet- when I went...

This is a good location, centrally located especially for theatre/business district. But it is a large property, and in my opinion does not have adequate elevator service. I've stayed here twice in the last 6 weeks and each time found whether going up to my room, or down to the lobby, it will take 10+ minutes for an elevator to...

I was fortunate enough to find a good ticket to Hamilton last minute, and decided to take an impromptu birthday trip to Chicago. I considered a couple of hotels near the theatre, and ultimately went with Palmer House. My wife and I had stayed here on a previous trip, so I knew it was a nice place, and it was...

The Palmer Housr Holton is in a GREAT location. The restaurant and bar scene is excellent and the hotel and rooms are beautiful. There is also a Starbucks and shops on the property and connected to the hotel, with a great pub right down the street. We won't stay anywhere else!!

What a lovely hotel! I wish we had more time to stay & enjoy the property & surrounding sights. We will avail ourselves of the pool this am before we leave. The room is smartly appointed. Walls are a bit thin & bathroom is small but that's to be expected in the least expensive room. And yes they have a...
