Our experience was excellent. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms!! In comparison to other hotels we experienced during a three-week driving trip, this one was top notch! We were very impressed with everything about this hotel.

This is easily the best hotel within 30 to 40 miles. It is only a few years old. The rooms are spacious and clean.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a free hot breakfast always featuring sausage or bacon and eggs, a waffle station, yogurts, granola, juices, and more. I typically stay with my family when I'm in the area, but now that I've discovered this hotel, I always stay here. It is easily worth the money to eliminate the stress for both my family and myself of having me crash on the sofa or take over one of their beds. Do your family and yourself a favor. Don't stay at their house. Stay here.

This place hit all the marks. Friendly and courteous staff. Every area I visited was clean: lobby, breakfast area, fitness center, halls, side staircase and my room. I had a king bed room. My bed was comfortable and room was huge. Breakfast was a good mix hid hot and cold, coffee was good and a bonus is the espresso machine. The fitness was probably one of the best I’ve used in a hotel. Plenty of parking even for trailer haulers. I would certainly stay again.

Lady checking me in was rude! Yelling as soon as I came through the door “no early check in” didn’t even look me up! Sound racist to me! Be aware your card will be charged a different amount once you leave if you had an early check in! There was no price giving on the website about a $25 early check in fee! (If that’s the case my card statement would have been the same amount) The room smelt like dog! Had dog food in the bottom of yucky trash! Over $200 for a day!!! During the week at that!! No discount or nothing sent back to my card! Blacks stay away! It even said something about parking on my receipt!! With a whole free parking lot! I could have stayed 30 minutes away paid more for a room and parking! To have better service! Just because you have oh “ prices are subjected to change” in writing, doesn’t mean it’s not a scam!!!

I'd like to clarify a few points regarding your recent stay: Fees and Policies: We do not charge extra fees for parking. Our policies are transparent and are clearly listed on the main page of our website. Guests are required to scroll through and review all terms before finalizing their booking, and must agree to these terms before proceeding. Check-In Timing: We understand that you attempted to check in at 10 am. However, our rooms undergo a thorough 3-step inspection process to ensure they meet our high cleanliness standards, and were not ready at that time but still accommodated your request of an early check-in. Our check-in time is set to ensure that every room is up to our award-winning standards of cleanliness. Diversity and Inclusion: I am personally hurt by the implications regarding our staff and myself. I would not recommend staying any other place in town. Everything is wonderful about this hotel. Literally, my own issue is the fact that the website stated they provide 24 hour laundry facilitates for no fee. Upon check-in I also asked if the laundry was actually free and I even made sure to mention that I have never heard of a hotel with free laundry facilities but how that was wonderful and the service desk agent agreed without any correction that it does in fact cost $1.75 per load for both the washer and dryer. I asked the front desk worker that night why there was a cost to use them with the website listing the amenity as no fee. I was encouraged then to email the customer service offive listed on the Best Western website and have done so, yet no reply so far considering the office was closed for that time on a Sunday night, as I also expected. I hope this issue gets to be corrected promptly as we really needed this amenity after a house fire which caused us to require our temporary stay and made it impossible to do our laundry at home without electricity and water shut off from the fire to assure another fire will not start due to faulty wiring along with water shut off at the same time so that the pipes to the house won't freeze in the cold winter without any heat. This would have been helpful information to be prepared to pay $3.50 altogether per load of wash. I understand this is not the end of the world and mistakes happen, I am sure it was unintended and can be corrected for future guests that hope to do laundry while staying here. Then again, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make up for it and make sure every guest is happy. I will stay here i the future and recommend this hotel to anyone.

When making my reservation by phone I told them I would be bringing a 5 pound service dog, they said nothing about a $30 charge per day to have the dog there. But for each of the three nights I was there they charged an additional $30 per day. If there had been any damage or accidents I would be willing to pay a deposit. But for no damage this was excessive.

Mrs. Dieschbourg all hotels in this modern day charge some type of fee associated with pets traveling with their owner this is due to the extra efforts we must take one example is the products used and extra labor to ensure 100% total room cleanliness is achieved. We spoke yesterday and I have refunded all extra fees applied during your recent stay. I do apologize again that you felt in some way we were dishonest with our communications on the current pet policy and hope the adjustment of your bill will be enough for us to welcome you back as our guest again.

We've been to this location several times since it opened. We appreciate a very clean hotel & this one is tops. All staff are very pleasant & professional, from the front desk onward. The beds are sooooo comfy and the bathrooms have been spotless. The morning continental breakfast is not just bagels & coffee.... there is nearly everything you'd want in a typical American breakfast: eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, bagels, muffins, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs, juices and plenty of coffee (which is always available near the front desk).

Very friendly staff, they let us check in early since we are rewards members. Very clean and large rooms. The hotel is newer with nice decor. Free breakfast is excellent, alot of choices for everyone- eggs, meats, pancakes, yogurt and oatmeal bar, fruit, biscuits and gravy, coffee, juice, muffins, bagels, etc.. Pool is nice, outdoor patio with grill.

I come into the area a few times per year to visit my grandmother. This is the first time I stayed at the Best Western and I was pleasantly surprised. The suite was very large and we had enough room for 3 adults and 4 kids. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Everything was very nice!

Clean, comfortable room. Helpful and cheerful front desk staff and maid service. The hotel is walking distance (connected parking lots) to 4 restaurants and Walmart. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, sausage. Had baked apple slices which were excellent, also a yogurt machine with adders for making yogurt smoothies.
