I have seen great reviews about this place so I booked it. I.was looking forward to spending time w my family in the summer and they can't even give me the proper accomodation. I am very disappointed at Yvonne in the way she handled my booking. She wasn't as much help and she was really rude in answering my questions....

It was early fall when we used the place. We had the whole hotel building for the wedding. There were about 140 guests. We were supposed to hold the wedding outside at the veranda overlooking the lake but then it rained so we moved it in the theatre but everything went well. The reception was done just beside the theatre...

I was not expecting to have such a great place for all of us to be together (13 of us, but there was room for even more guests). The kitchen was very well equipped and we had fun cooking together as there was ample room. As well, there was no problem putting our food and beverages in the fridge as...

I rented this beautiful mansion as we all called it for my 50th birthday party weekend. We arrived on Friday while Bruce and Wendy were still cleaning but this did not bother us for we had an early check in. The pictures do not do this mansion justice you truly have to see it in person. There was 12 of...

We stayed here for a weekend and from the cottage we stayed at, the view was amazing! That being said, it’s not what you’d expect a resort to be. Many of the cottages are privately owned, and others you can rent. The water is nowhere near this resort as it is at the top of the hill. There is supposedly...

We had a wonderful stay at la casa! A few things for those travelling there: -the road there is very windy..construction is being performed now to make it safer. -if you're renting a car, upgrade to the SUV. The handling is better and, if you get a hybrid, you'll save a fortune in gas! Places are far flung here but...

If you want a resort experience you will likely leave here disappointed. Better to think of this as a friend's summer home you're renting during the month they're not there themselves with help being available in a casual sense from a neighbor they know who may or may not be around. La Casa is a resort community of 500 privately...

We rented a cottage through a VRBO, and this seems to be common. The community is gated, and has many vacation amenities (ie. Pool, Mini Golf, Aqua Park etc). Once on site you need to check in with the strata office to get a facilities pass, in case you are questioned about your use. Mini Golf is a bit tired...

Definitely going back only downside later check in and housekeeping was not done when we all arrived.. Taken care of a bit after and a...

The cottage was lovely and clean. The view was superb. Great pools and recreational facilities. Everything went smoothly. There is enough to keep a family entertained. Also pet friendly. The store on site has odds and ends. You need to do groceries in Kelowna. It's about 40 mins away.
