My wife and I chose this beautiful location for our wedding anniversary. We were greatly disappointing from the get go. We had a room on the ground level, with sliding glass doors giving a great view of Lake Pend Orielle and the adjoining mountains When I opened the curtains I was disgusted with the dozens of cigarette butts littering the...

Sandpoint Idaho is one of our favourite stops on our way as a Canadian Snowbird to warmer locales to escape a portion of our winters. In summer, this is a destination of choice for many. The epicentre in Sandpoint is the beach immediately outside the rooms of the Best Western but within a block walk of downtown Main Street. The...

We went in for a group trip and it was fantastic. Dallas was wonderful before we got there helping us get all of the details put together. The whole staff was kind and made the meeting go without flaw. We had a large group of people and they had everything ready for each of us at check-in. They managed our...

We enjoyed a nice room over looking the beach with a king size bed. The room was dated but very clean and quiet. The service provided by the staff was excellent! We enjoyed watching the eagles and crane from the balcony off of our room. We ate breakfast and dinner in the attached restaurant. Exceptional food! Make sure you enjoy...

Room was nice, clean, and spacious, overlooking the beach with a small balcony. We had a 2 queen room. We could hear all the noise and people from the hall - probably due in part to the gap at the bottom of the door - but nothing could be heard from the rooms on either side of us. It was...

So was in this area for work and spent 4 nights at this hotel As a Diamond member I was offered a upgrade after I asked but found out their older standard rooms on the 2 and 3 floor overlook the lake so I took on of those . The women that checked me in was not very friendly but...

While the property is a bit dated, they maintain the building and grounds very well, with no problems encountered. The room experience was very satisfactory, comfortable and fairly quiet for a property of mid-60's construction (?). Views of the lake make the deck experience especially enjoyable. Staff members were very responsive and courteous. Bar / restaurant experiences were very positive...

We stayed here because the Amtrak Empire Builder was 12 hours late. We spent the night in a suite and it was fantastic. We arrived quite late and the staff was very friendly and nice. The next day, we checked out quickly and were able to make our train. I would stay here again, for sure.
