We rented a condo at the Seasons for the 4th of July weekend, it was fantastic. Guest Services did a great job making sure we had everything we needed upon check-in. There are train tracks behind the property but this did not bother us one bit. The property is beautiful and well kept. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was my first time to Sandpoint and after staying at the Seasons for this vacation I am already planning on going again next year and staying longer. The property is located right on the lake. The train tracks are right behind the building and honestly we never had any noise problems at all. We utilized the pool and the...

Excellent locations Don't let tracks scare you ... Noise well disguised. Boat dock available Grounds very nice Walk to shops and eateries Well appointed suites...individually owned so do your research ... Bed configurations etc. Pool and hot tub great! Little overpriced but nothing else close to beat location 😊

We stayed two nights in a two bedroom condo and unfortunately we were put in a room where the air conditioner/heater was broken. It was over 80 degrees inside the unit when we arrived. We eventually had to turn the hvac off and open windows to cool thing off a bit but it was still warmer than we would have...

My family had never been to Idaho and as soon as we pulled into the darling town of Sandpoint, I fell in love. We stayed in Condo #135 and it was very nice, beautiful views from our room. They had everything we needed for our week stay. The grounds are kept up beautifully! Perfect green grass and private beach is...

The Seasons is right next to the city beach that is an outstanding swimming area. The Sand Creek bike and walk trail is easily accessed from the condos. Excellent dining with a wonderful view is located next door at the...

Our son and his wife live in this lovely town. Our annual visit is always fun but we have not had ideal living arrangements until we found Seasons. The 2 bedroom condo we rented was ideal! What made it ideal? The view from our terrace of the beautiful lake was spectacular. The pool and hot tub were really fun for...

Our family of 4 adults and two teens stayed at Seasons at Sandpoint in late August. We were in a fourth floor condo with three bedrooms. It is a very nice property! The balcony has a great view of Lake Pend Oreille and the Seasons docks, pool and beach. These apparently sell for over $1 million. Kitchen has all the...

We rented a condo for 5 days here. It was completely furnished. Loving having the lake view. We loved the short walk to the return to Trident which is a short walk. I did not use the pool, but I did used the spa up on the third floor. The price was a bit pricy, but worth it

The property is beautiful and the accommodations are spacious, clean and well equipped. However, there are a lot of rules and if you want a relaxing vacation with your kids, this is not the place. It feels a little like you are in a retirement home with owners that don't like children. One owner told us that sand toys on...
