This hotel is very expensive. There is no tv, no breakfast, barely no staff, no wifi. It's not easy to find. It's far from Yellowstone. I don't recommend staying there. Not a lot of dining options in this small town either.

Though our room was clean and efficient, our best experience at the Tucumcari Quality Inn was the check-in person who warmly greeted us, offered a more efficient way of finding a room while traveling, and handed us each a bottle of water. Customer service at its finest. Other positives were the ground level room with outside access and a full,...

We stayed three nights in the Guesthouse on a recent trip to Yellowstone. It was about an hour's drive from the park but beautiful scenery so we didn't mind. We booked this room for the value and location. It was very average. The property was quiet and clean and looked to be well-maintained. The breakfast was minimal but the staff...

I was a bit of a skeptic at first. This is an older hotel, and I was afraid that I'd be disappointed with my very last minute reservation. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the service first and how clean the rooms were. I had accidentally booked a smoking room (who knew they still had those?), and lovely lady working...

Went on a little trip with a small dog and was greeted with a huge Welcome. They were super friendly and seemed to really want our business. Then made sure we knew that if we wanted anything to let them know and they would do their best to help us out.. The room was very nice, clean with a good...

This is the second time that we have stayed here. We arrived at 9 pm, and started the check in process. I had 3 rooms as usual. The night clerk was busy and trying to get something to work on the computer. Although I had booked 6 months prior, and over the phone, my rooms were still separated, which was...

After reading widely varying reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. Yea, the shower heads are low and breakfast was 'just ok', wifi was pretty dismal during peak hours. The bed was nice and firm and all linens were fresh and clean. The bathroom is showing it's age and the floor was pretty dirty behind the door but the rest...

Stayed one night at this motel as my brother was graduating BYU - Idaho and all the hotels in Rexburg where booked. First off the key didnt work the first time, but the night clerk fixed it right way. Once inside the room looked clean. After a hot 4 hour drive with no a/c (plus another 3 hours in Rexburg...

Booked this Motel due to being a couple hours drive to Yellowstone and Grand Teton. Thought it might be a good deal because of price. Boy were we ever surprised. The facility is quite old and not very well maintained. Our room was somewhat clean with a horrendous smell that I believe was some kind of disinfectant, it kept us...

“If it matters to you, ask for a ground floor room AND ask at the front desk to use the hot tub that sits alongside the Snake River during the evening and enjoy the scenery while enjoying the hot tub. Also, after dinner, check out the park across the street. Great park and the Snake River is amazing alongside it.”
