Maybe very good is too generous a rating for the Hillcrest, but let's say a "Average Plus" then. Why? OK, it looks like a mom-and-pop motel on the outside, with little in the way of adornment (the supporting beams in the parking stalls are pretty "retro" though. It looks like a drive-in burger stand.) Good points are several. It's within...

I was surprised how much we liked this place. Moscow was fully booked so we had no option, but I have to say that I'd have no reservations about staying here again. The room was dated, but very clean. The shower water was hot, beds comfortable enough to keep me happy, the morning coffee was fantastic, and the people who...

We were traveling late and this is the first motel we saw. We stopped on the street and called some other motels in town, but didn't want to spend $100 and up for a quick night's stay. For half that price we decided to try Hillcrest. Glad we did. It's not fancy, but is very clean, has m/w, frig, flat screen...

Due to a death in the family, we did not expect to spend any great amount of time at this motel. For a budget motel we were somewhat leery, having heard tales of creepy crawlers and worse. To our surprise, the management was very customer service oriented and eager to please. Our room was older but in good condition and...

Every motel/hotel in the Moscow/Pullman area changes their price for the same room according to what is happening at the time. You need to inquire of each business about the price for the dates of your expected stay.

11:30 p.m. I had no reservations anywhere and was flat out done driving for the night. I chose this place mainly because it was the first hotel I saw. Fortunately despite this I was able to check in without any problems. I wouldn't try this during homecoming or graduation or whatever, but otherwise you're probably OK. The hotel is very...

Right off of the highway, but you don't get the traffic noise. Very comfortable and clean. The place is dated, although it seems to be very well maintained. The owners are responsive to any needs, and they do offer a free breakfast.

The motel is owned by a very friendly couple that do a great job of making the rooms comfortable. We normally stay at the La Quinta in Moscow but decided to take a chance. The room was large, very clean, and let us bring our dog. It cost 1/2 what La Quinta did and was within walking distance of downtown....

My room was so gross. Smelled like smoke, the other people staying around us were scary. My husband wouldn't even let me outside without him. First motel we saw as we pulled into town, it was late and we didn't want to drive all over looking for something different. That wont happen again.
