I never would have booked this place looking at the tiny pictures of the exterior on my phone. But other reviews were good, and I'm glad I trusted them. The rooms are huge, comfortable and clean, and we had a gorgeous view of the river and the falls. Parking is easy, and you're not far from anything. The breakfast was...

When we first checked in there was some trouble with our room, but Brenden took care of us. He moved us to a lovely room with a beautiful view. He even offered to help with our luggage. He made our experience very nice and did all he could to make our stay more comfortable and I would return.

The location of the hotel could not be better. I loved the room, the breakfast, and especially how nice the staff were all around the hotel. The price was more than fair for the quality. Great restaurants right around it and a lovely walk along the falls. I wish we had stayed more than one night.

If you are traveling to Yellowstone National Park, stop for a night at this hotel, and carry on the next day refreshed. Our rental house in Ashton was still occupied, so we stayed at the Hotel on the Falls. Since it was too early to check in, we walked the adjacent park, to look at the falls, and have a...

Classic bait and switch. My room was not in the pictured hotel, but a little dumpy, smelly building behind it like a bad Motel 6! And no Wi-Fi service, even after the desk agent assured me there was. Very unhelpful and ignorant desk staff. Great location, bad atmosphere.

Just needed a place to sleep on the road, and this place had a great price. Staff was very helpful. Location was probably the best in Idaho Falls. Hotel is aging, but pretty well maintained. Would recommend.

we were on the top floor which was great EXCEPT for the still only one functional elevator. Seriously folks get it fixed. Breakfast was ok. Room size was good too. Feels like it needs refreshing, but acceptable still.

Just wanted to take a min to show my gratitude for the service I received when I stayed at your hotel. Zack the front desk attendent at night was very helpful, friendly, and the reason I will be coming back to your hotel in the future. Customer service is important to someone that isn't from a certain area, and Zack...

I stayed 2 nights on the 7th floor facing the falls. Incredible views of the falls, LDS temple and city with awesome sunrises. I paid 169 per night for a king room. The room was fairly impressive after reading all the reviews I was pretty nervous. The room was clean. You can tell they use to allow smoking it had...

Let me start this with saying "Brendon" saved this stay from being a complete fail, and if you need any assistance- ask for him!! My review will be rather long, and if you do not make it to the end, I want to make sure you are aware this does have a happy ending- and it was because of his...
