The hotel is easily reached by bus from the water bus terminal. We upgraded our room and got a massive room facing the sea. Although you'll want to spend most of your time in Venice it's worth wandering around the area around the hotel as it's a lovely spot. There's a fantastice cake shop on the main street, whcih should...

Front desk told us where to park our car and we were ticketed. They admitted they gave us incorrect info but refused to take responsibility. Hotel manager was rude and his final sentiment to us was, "YOU ARE WRONG". Nice, huh?? Ticket was only $28 ... would have been good business to take care of it for us. We had...

Dear Mrs Donna e Mr Ken Rehman, we would to clarify this misunderstanding. Our collegue Biadene Carlo told the same information at all our guests about car parking and all information about the hotel. All our guests find a good solution to park his cars but maybe was a simple misundestanding between you and Carlo. We can't do nothing about...

Booked this hotel in Lido for a 3 night break. Fairly standard type hotel. The staff are polite and the place is run well. Had a small issue over first days breakfast, but that was resolved straight away. To sum up, the hotel is clean, tidy, the rooms are a good size, and the beds are comfortable. Very good value...

Very good bed & breakfast on the beach.Lido is an island next to Venice and easily accessible by water bus and local bus. This is in a quieter and considerably less expensive residential area. The area by the water bus access offers restaurants and shopping. The Petit Palais is a five minute bus ride, which is free with the water bus ticket. The water bus...

We have just returned from our long weekend in Venice. The location of the hotel is really good. It is easy to get to. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The beach is in front of the hotel.

This was our second visit, and I'm booking another one for this spring. The hotel is a perfect location to get away from the crowds in Venice. We loved the friendly reception. Carlo was greasing us with a big smile and great humor. The breakfast had something for everyone, fruits, cereal, cold cuts, cheese, pastry, bread and more. We enjoyed our room with ocean view and the beautiful beach. The bus station is two blocks away. We highly recommend Hotel Petit Palais.
