After reading the great reviews we decided to try it out and what a great choice we made.We actually arrived at 11.20 at night and were a little apprehensive to ring the doorbell as we were so late,but we were greeted with a smile and welcomed into the home with open arms.Our room was at the top of the house...

This welcoming b and b was a real find. Malamocca on the Lido is a lovely location and the Ca Noemi is a lovely place to stay. Walter was very engaging and lent us his bikes to get to the great local beach and around the island. The bus to the ferry terminus runs every 10 minutes and is 1.50E...

I was here with my girlfriend, 3 awesome days. Beautiful and quiet place with lovely staff. Nice to come here after busy day in Venice. Large and well cleaned rooms. The neighbourhood surrounding the hotel is really old and charming, just like the hotel it self. I highly recommend it!

We stayed here in June for a Romantic four days in Venice. The Hotel was a pretty as a picture and turned out to be the REAL experience for Venice life. I realli wished i could stay more in that hotel! That small pink building that makes you feel that you are in old italy.. We spent the past 2 weekends at Walter And Kathy!!! There are definitly great! Friendly And always ready to help!!! The breakfast in there beautifull patio Was a plus!!! We felt like at home really!!! Thanks Kathy And Walter!! We looking forward to come back soon!!!

Me and boyfriend spent 5 days in Venice in August and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ca Noemi. We were picked up at the vaporetto station by Walter and given a drive around tour of the Lido which was extremely useful. Valter and Katia are amazing hosts, they'll make you feel like you're part of their family! The B&B is located in Malamocco, a beautiful, charming and quiet village, perfect for a relax vacation. The best way to enjoy Venice .... Away from the maddening crowds, yet just a boat ride away! Very quaint , real and most peaceful spot I have ever stayed in Italy ! Maria and Walter were most welcoming and sooo helpful .... I felt like we were staying with extended family! I strongly recommend it and will probably stay...

“You must experience this b and b and this village!” Reviewed 25 July 2011 1person found this review helpfulThe village of Malamocco is tranquil and just what is needed after the hectic pace of sighseeing in Venice. The location between the lagoon and the sea is magical. There is a good beach and fabulous sunsets. You can explore the whole area by bicycle provided. The town is ancient, with old alleyways to explore. Katia and Valter are the best hosts you could possibly ask for. They have renovated this house to a high standard and their hospitality shows their pride in their home and their love of people. Breakfast (apricot croissants to die for) is served on the terrace or in the family kitchen/dining room and offers a good variety. I will return as soon as possible to this little piece of heaven.
