This year we decided to visit Coeur d'Alene and we were fortunate to find the Roosevelt Inn. John and his staff were quite welcoming by giving us a rose, surprise decadent bread pudding, showing us the hotel and walking us to our room. There was evening wine, cheese and fruit. The breakfasts were tasty and filling. The first morning we...

We spent a couple wonderful days at the Roosevelt Inn. We felt completely at home and enjoyed the way this former school was turned into a comfortable B & B. It was quiet and close to everything in town and near the Lake. We definitely will return!

The Roosevelt offers a unique and quality experience that you won't soon forget. My wife and I would stay there again without hesitation! The food was excellent, our room was a nice mix of modern and vintage, the hotel is in the heart of CDA, and the service was above and beyond.

I booked a two night stay from a special they were having and it was a great deal. We were in the Noble Suite. We enjoyed the Rose welcoming, turndown with truffles, sauna and jacuzzi, the very yummy breakfast. You can't beat the location to downtown and all that has to offer. They really do go all out?

Thank you, our Carlin Bay neighbors, for this excellent review! We're so thrilled that your special 29h anniversary getaway was a memorable one, and that we were privileged to be a part of it. We hope you'll visit again very soon for some more pampering! Best wishes for another great year together, Tina & John

Lovely grounds and main floor. The room we had (Lischner) was cramped, smaller than I expected. Because it was a handicapped room, instead of a door, there was a curtain shielding the bathroom which I didn't care for. I can see how it would be appropriate for a wheelchair, but would have liked to have been told about it when...

I wanted a special weekend for my boyfriend and I. We stayed in the small but very nice Meyers Room. The hospitality was great and they have quite a few amenities (spa, jacuzzi, beautiful yard, etc.) for such a small place. It's a couple blocks from downtown which is great since parking in CdA on the weekend was difficult so...

Thanks for the great review! We're so happy that you both enjoyed your stay with us and the amenities offered in the Amore Package. Many people took advantage of that package because it really was a great value and an excellent romantic getaway. We'll be doing another spectacular package this fall, so look for an email and plan another great...

I stayed at the Roosevelt Inn for 3 days, while attending a conference in CdA. The room was very nicely decorated and very clean. I had 3 comfortable nights, and enjoyed the nightly turndown and chocolates! It was a busy weekend for the staff, as a wedding was being held there, but the staff was very personable to me, and...

Dear Joanne, We look forward to your return visit and are so glad that you enjoyed your initial stay with us. Though you were traveling here on business, we hope your next trip will be for some well deserved R&R. If you're traveling alone next time, may we suggest the Williams Room on the second floor. If you're coming for...

We hate to remark about anyone's business but unfortunately this stay did deserve a poor review. First, the cost was completely out-of-line with what this bed and breakfast offers. This was just a short romantic get-a-way but we have stayed at better inns we would recommend to others. There are NO heating or cooling options in the rooms which was...

We want to express our sincerest apologies that your stay with us was not what you hoped it would be, and what it should have been. At times like this I truly understand the importance my wife plays in our business. She was out of town, in Kentucky. Her mother had been involved in a terrible car accident, and had...

We absolutely enjoyed our visit here and would definitely so back. We checked into our room a little late, so we had missed the wine/cheese reception. One of the staff was gracious enough to get a us a couple of glasses of wine. (Wish I had his name...nice fellow). Sitting and sipping our wine we enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere. Our...

We're glad that you enjoyed the charm of the Milleneous room. It's one of our newly redecorated rooms and has been very popular. We're sorry you were able to spend only one short night with us, but hopefully your next visit will be longer and you can experience the other amenities that make the Roosevelt Inn one-of-a-kind. Thank you for...

Thank you so much for posting such a nice review. We're sorry we missed you on your visit to Coeur d' Alene but are happy that you were impressed with Linda and Wayne.
