This is an ownership park with sites available to purchase. The owners take great pride in their summer homes, with many sites customized for premier outdoor living. There are lots of outdoor kitchens and firepits for the cool summer evenings. Compared to some other northern resorts we've visited, the prices and HOA fees are reasonable. There is a very nice clubhouse with heated pool/spa, a full kitchen, laundry (free), and bathrooms. Also, there is access to a great indoor heated pool as well. A wonderful golf course is on site, and there are six pickleball courts. Hiking, biking, boating, day trips to the surrounding lakes and mountains, off-road vehicles...there is something for everyone. It is not that far to Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint, and Spokane where shopping and dining and lots of recreational opportunities abound. You can take day trips to the silver-mining town of Wallace, with an underground tour. Several ski resorts are nearby, with lots of summer activities to enjoy. Timberline ziplining, a boat tour of Lake Coeur d'Alene, biking the Hiawatha Trail, nearby casinos.....if you can't find things to do in the area, shame on you. We loved it here!

If you want to get away from EVERYTHING.... this is your place. Personally, it’s a bit too remote for me. It’s ok... but not spectacular. Really no views. You can see a couple of hills near by but that’s not a big deal to me. There are NO tables outside. Just a concrete pad and some grass.

No RV under 31 feet and only class A coaches. The Village lays at the far end of the resort. The Office is on the right before the stop sign after turning into the resort. We, as do others, missed the small signage. No Cable, but we were able to pull three local channels and generally no WiFi unless you have Verizon, which there is a Verizon tower very close by, thus we were fine. The park sits on backend of the golf course and has a wide range of sites from basic to those with pergolas. It’s expensive, no matter which site you choose and more so in the summer. Quiet, very well maintained, mini golf, golf, club house, pool, pickle ball court, and many other amenities that make this place enjoyable. Our pergola was very nice and useful. Except for the 4th of July, we saw very few kids. This park has a mature clientele, but there is still lots for kids to do. Some own their sites and play golf. Lots of people tooling around on golf carts versus a vehicle. Very friendly guests. Most sites are 2 or 3 times the size of normal RV parks. Our picture is the view from our site 128. There was a very nice fireworks show staged in front of us on the 5th hole tee. A jumping off spot for Spirit Lake, Lake Pend Oreille or hiking.
