I stayed at this inn October 14th - 16th as a part of a wedding party. We heard great things about the inn and we were all very much looking forward to our weekend. Upon arrival on Friday afternoon, we went to check in with the most incredibly rude man that ran the inn. Apparently, the bride had made Mr.... More

We stayed at the Georgianne Inn over Columbus Day weekend for the Pirate Festival. We wanted someplace near/on the beach, with space to accommodate us and our toddler and close enough to the Pirate Festival that we could walk but not so close that we heard the party all night. The Georgianne Inn met all of our requirements! First -... More

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Georgianne Inn while on vacation and were so happy to stumble onto this place. The location is absolutely awesome as it is just about 2 houses from the beach and it is walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants (Sting Rays, Sunrise, etc.). The Tybee Island Social Club is right across the... More

Tybee is a beautiful beach and the Georgianne is the best place to stay. Just a half block from the beach, comfortable, clean room with refrigerator and coffee maker. Nicely decorated with beachy pastels. A short walk to the pier, town center, and a few restaurants. Bikes and chairs provided free of charge. Places to sit both inside and under... More

Our family loved The Georgianne Inn! It is so quaint, quiet, very homey, and comfortable. Nick was so wonderful and attentive, running out and getting us things we asked for and giving us his own flour to use so I could make bisuits and gravy for my family. Though I know for next time to get what I need during... More

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location could not be much better,,, a very short relaxing stroll to the best beach area, which is just far enough away from the pier to avoid larger crowds. While within easy walking distance to some of the best restaurants on Tybee, there is no street noise or crowd to contend with. The... More

My wife and I spent 3 nights there and couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Nick was great and he met us in the driveway and showed us around the beach house. The room was spottless! It smelled clean, it looked clean, and was clean!!! Everything we needed was within walking distance including the beach which was only... More

We loved staying at this beach house as opposed to a hotel; it was spacious, sparkling clean and perfectly located. We walked to everything and rarely had to pay for parking. Nick is the BEST! He has tons of beach chairs and bikes available, along with free videos. He helped us with directions and sent us to the Sundae Cafe... More

My niece was married on June 12th on the South end/19th street beach ... my first "destination" wedding. I am so happy that there was room at Georgianne Inn! The room (number 4) was perfect for me! Very comfy queen bed, beautiful pastel colors, tastefully decorated, small refrigerator, microwave, tv, separate bathroom and cozy sitting room, AC ... I couldn't... More

We are from the Northeast and recently spent two nights here on a family vacation. Owner Nick is very nice and responsive. We loved the fact that we were a three-minute walk from the beach and that the inn had bicycles that guests can take out anytime (there weren't enough intact helmets to go around, though). There are also beach... More
