Stayed with a friend for a night, having not been here for several years prior. Was pleasantly surprised with upgrades to the lobby and rooms. Beds were very comfortable, staff friendly, and room very quiet. All in all a good stay.

I had the worst experience ever. I have stayed at over 100 marriott properties and I have never been so disappointed. Upon checking in it took 4 times before I got a clean room. Ten minutes in the room I eventually got I had to call a hotel employee (Joy) to remove a big cockroach. The next day I called...

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional staff and not much thought out into safety of their guests. I won't be crossing their doorway again. Do yourself a favor - and stay anywhere else! Check out the pictures

The good: the hotel has been updated and has attractive decor. Our room was clean and comfortable. The desk staff was efficient, if not particularly welcoming. The not so good: NO elevator, so you have to lug your bags up 2 flights of steep stairs. Our television did not work. We would not return because of the lack of an...

It's standard Courtyard fare... But I was told at the desk they don't have an elevator, and had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs? What's with that? Why would they take out the elevator? Also has Courtyard's Starbuck "restaurant..." Not sure why on earth Courtyard went to this, except they don't seem to be able to conquer...

Exactly what you expect from the courtyard brand, comfortable rooms with easy parking in a relatively modern hotel. It has its own coffee shop and cafe that sells Starbucks coffee at the entrance and a swimming pool in the centre of the hotel. Not much food within walking distance but a short 2-3 min drive will get you to all...

The hotel is a little dated but meets daily needs. The room was clean and the staff was welcoming. There's a restaurant, Marlow's which connected to the hotel. That's helpful after a busy day... Breakfast is served in the morning.
