When we arrived, the host walked us through the home by phone. Todd provided lots of information as he guided us to our room. The house is adorned with beautiful woodwork throughout. Our room (Colleen) was clean and neatly decorated. The real treat was the next two mornings. Wonderful breakfasts prepared by the host. There are many things to do...

My wife and I were visiting our grandaughter at Toccoa Falls University for 2 days. We stayed in the Elizabeth room. It is rather dark however very private and warm. The highlight was the special log in the fireplace that burned beautifully for over 2 hours. It was like living in another Era. The innkeeper Todd was an excellent cook...

Thanks, Folks. When you come back, try the Tiffany room. It's in the front of the house, and much brighter and cheerier.

Beautiful old home that has been turned into charming B&B. For a lover of old architecture this is a treat. Read about the history before you stay here- it will help you understand and appreciate this stately old home. Warm and cozy, fireplace in our room made for comfortable evening. Furnished throughout with beautiful antiques- it feels like stepping back...

I usually stay in one of the local hotels, but decided on the Simmons-Bond Inn for a change of pace. Centrally located, quiet and comfortable, it was a pleasant change. The owner met me at the door, showed me to my room, recommended a place or two to find dinner, and then left me alone. After dinner, I retired to...

Had a lovely stay with my friend and daughter. The Suite was Clean, roomy and very comfortable. The breakfast was gourmet all the way, a poached pear, ham and egg dish and carmalized French toast. Need I say more. Excellent experience, will be back.

I stayed at the Simmons-Bond Inn for Currahee Military Weekend. The B&B is centrally located close to the Museum and downtown. It is very clean and comfortable and the owners and their staff are extremely personable and helpful. The breakfasts were very good and the treats of freshly baked cookies and muffins left out during the day were always a...

I spent the night last evening in the Tiffany room. Very comfortable. Queen bed. Small, but adequate bath with full sized soap. Wash cloths!!! Large bedroom room with vintage furnishings and a place to put your suitcase. The ceiling fan was very useful. Beautiful stained glass window above the bed. Full breakfast. Snacks available.

The breakfast was amazing!!! I spent almost two weeks here for work, and it was 10x better than a Hilton. Great amenities (wifi, snacks/drinks, toiletries). Todd was great- cared a lot about making my stay pleasant. I stayed in the Maria & Tiffany... Both charming rooms but I loved the Tiffany the best- beautiful decor. The beds were also very...

While moving my daughter into Toccoa Falls College, we stayed in "The Benjamin", which is a suite consisting of a sitting room, large bedroom with king size bed and bathroom, and two small bedrooms, each with a twin bed. TV in bedroom and another in the sitting room, which also has a table and chairs, love seat and fireplace. Lovely...

This small B&B is full of history and charm. Each room has its own personality. Located in a small North Georgia town with a spectacular waterfall this is a great overnight stop on a leisurely tour of rural North Georgia.
