We had traveled 10 hours and discovered that the area was made of several motels/hotels with tight parking! I explained to the attendant we had a large moving truck and thier parking lot could have enough parking! The attendant told me to park at Wal-Mart! We thought it would be a solution as we could get a Lyft ride back....

My family lives in Savannah, GA, and had to evacuate due to Hurricane Matthew. I was able to reserve 3 rooms for our 3 families including 3 dogs. This was a HIGH ANXIETY time for us - all of the uncertainty, the volume of traffic, etc. A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO REGINA!!!!!! Your compassion and sensitivity are beyond measure. You...

We really like the Sleep Inn chain but this was bad. We were leary of the neighborhood but the night clerk was friendly enough and NASCAR was in town and most places were booked up so we didn't have much choice. The room smelled kinda like an ashtray but staff insisted they are 100% smoke free. The air conditioner helped...

Room was nice, definitely worth the cost- but the neighbors to our room constantly smoked weed. We alerted the staff that the smell was filling our room repeatedly- they sprayed our room to get rid of the smell but did NOTHING about the smell. The manager then was very confrontational with my wife about he situation but ended up expressing...

Just off the interstate fairly easy to get to seems like a good place. stayed there for two nights. Came back a few weeks later and it wasn't as nice of a time. I was checked in for 4 days. The first day I was late for breakfast came down two minutes they closed and everything was already put up....

Worst hotel experience EVER! Had to wait at the desk to check-in because the associate was outside having her smoke break. Sleep Inn authorized a $174 hold on my room for my reservation. Once I arrived the $174 was unavailable for them to use because THEY had a hold on it. I went to the bank and withdrew cash to...

We're in our late 50's just passing thru. Staff was pleasant. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was stocked. Room was quiet. Internet was slow and tv wasn't hd. Sheets kept popping off. Taxes were high but that seems to be happening everywhere. We'd stay again.

The hotel was probably really nice ten years ago, but we paid $75 plus tax and it was worth $50 a night . The first room we were shown, had a sprayed over, smoking room smell to it and we were moved to another room, a hadicapped room, which was fine. pros: comfortable beds cons: no stopper in the bathroom...
